When I needed to cancel all my regular sessions and change hours and stuff because of COVID-19 it took quite a while to do as I couldn’t work out how to do it in one go.

I absolutely wanted a system which would eliminate all the paperwork and provide a secure  service for my clients to book in. Easy to use and customisable, Team Up means my business looks professional from the start of the client journey. I am starting to make far more use of the reports features, tracking the growth of my business as I add more products.

I would still chose this software over any other that I have come across, first for affordable pricing, second for customer service and last but not least functionality which gives me 85% of what I'd like and matches the functionality of any other competitor I've tried.  No complaints!

An Excellent Alternative To Mind Body with Fabulous Customer Support

Fantastic support, wonderful application. There have been quite a few times that we couldn't figure out how to do something, the online help tool is wonderful, plus the option to send your question to TeamUp and receive a response / solution within hours has been great.

Highly recommend this product if you are starting up a brand new business!

The experience with Teamup has been very good, we couldn't live without it now. I estimate it saves me at least 10 hours a week in admin, and it streamlines our financial management.

I find the team is obviously not end users who can't find the value in implementing the difference between "schedule" as a verb and "calendar" as a noun.  As in "let's go look at the CALENDAR". and "let's SCHEDULE your lesson."

TeamUp has been a game changer for our business. We moved over from mindbody due to issues with family accounts and youth students. Once we made the change our issues with inaccurate rosters, and families being confused by the sign up process went immediately away. The user interface and experience is exceptionally easy and we haven’t had any issue the way we did with mindbody 

TeamUp- Happy Costumer 

Excellent.   The system reduces our admin time to less than half an hour a day.   The dashboard makes it easy to identify new customers, payments going through and any issues such as failed payments too.   Everything else is automated, with customers also able to buy or upgrade additional memberships too.

I'm self employed and work prn.  Having the read only feature has allowed me to put my calendar in more hands without violating privacy.  They can see where I'm busy and where they can schedule me without having to call me every time.  Saves everyone time and effort!  
I'm also involved in recreational clubs at a local and regional level, and organizing our schedule where everyone can see it, being able to interlink the clubs, pinning the link to our Facebook page, and then being able to link all of them into my personal calendar.... well, it keeps me sane!  Thank you TeamUp for a great application!

TeamUp Review: An Essential Calendar for Remote Work

Kayla:                                                 I'm Kayla. I'm a communication and speech coach. I'm a solopreneur and I give TeamUp a 4 out of 5.
                                                       Before using TeamUp, I was using Google Calendar to have my meetings with international clients, and it became a bit of a hassle because it was very hard to share openly what those calendars were with my clients. So I ended up making the switch to TeamUp.
                                                       When I had collaborated with some other companies in the e-learning space and in the coaching spaces, all of them were also using TeamUp, so it was the first option that I considered. And I saw that it was really easy for them to host group sessions as well as small group meetings with people from all over the world. And there were never any confusions with time zones and time differences, which is a really relevant thing for me in my business.
                                                       TeamUp was very easy to integrate into my business. It's very self-explanatory. As soon as you sign up, you can easily see where to add on new calendars, create new events, and how to share them with people. So even if you're not a very tech-savvy person, it's very easy to set up, which is a big benefit for me as a solopreneur.
                                                       Double check and make sure that all of the integrations that you have with Google Calendar or maybe other calendars that you use in your business, make sure that your integrations are all set up appropriately before openly sharing your calendar for your business, just so that you don't have any glitches and that everything is really clean as you step into using TeamUp as your primary calendar.

Brilliant software for Studios and Gyms 

Clare:                                                 Hi. I'm Clare. I own a company called New Healthy Body, which is a Pilates studio in Sheffield UK. I would rate TeamUp a 5 out of 5.
                                                       Before using TeamUp, I wasn't using software, just payment based. I looked at Mindbody, prior to TeamUp, but found that a little bit too expensive.
                                                       So I chose TeamUp on the price. It was a bit cheaper than the other options I'm looking for, but it was also great in the sense that it was step-loaded so as our membership grew the price increased which is more affordable for small businesses.
                                                       It was a really easy process due to the customer support that was provided. So before we went live, I had an advisor from TeamUp helped support me, put it all together. So when I went live, it was very easy and straightforward for customers to use. 
                                                       I'd recommend TeamUp for various reasons. The first one is the support and customer service that you receive throughout, working with TeamUp. I also like the way you can integrate all the different softwares to streamline your business and make it a lot easier to use.
