User opinions about Ignition price and value

Value for money rating:

Of 21 reviews that provide robust commentary on Ignition's price and value, 38% mention it in a positive light.

Some users report that Ignition saves time and simplifies billing processes, making it worth the cost. They find the subscription valuable for automating payments and managing direct debits without third-party products. Reviewers appreciate the ease of updating pricing and terms across their client base. However, some users say the software is expensive, especially for small businesses, and feel the entry price point is high. They mention issues with refund processing times and the lack of certain functionalities, like pre-authorized debit in Canada, which affects their perception of value for money. Users think the cost of payments and delays in receiving funds are drawbacks.

“I like the functionality of PI, but for a app like PI which is so new to practices in Canada having such a bad customer support and no option for debit transactions is causing the app to go down so much in value for money grade. ”

Xero logo
Xero

Integration rating: 4.9 (17)

Simultaneous creating of invoices. Would be good have place holders in the description for the invoice.

Xero contains client and practice management data that Ignition leverages off and integrates with.

The different components ease the workflow i.e. invoicing, deposits, reports, and bookkeeping.

I needed to know if the invoices will reflect in XERO so i can see my income side of business

Automated invoicing means I don't have to make repeating invoices everytime I sign a client

This takes care of all of our billing wihtou having to step in with a manual intervention

All client data, timesheets and invoicing is held within to run my practise.
