Using the platform’s white-labelling capabilities, organizations can create, launch, and manage personalized event pages with custom registration forms to capture attendees’ information and collect payments.
Eventilla allows administrators to send invitations or booking confirmation messages and notify attendees about scheduled or upcoming events through email or text reminders. It lets organizers add VIP packages, offer discounts, establish automated queues, provide multiple payment methods, and generate invoices. Supervisors can also handle entrance and sitting plans using QR codes and create name tags or participation certificates during events.
Eventilla lets managers run custom surveys to gather feedback and suggestions, share webinar recordings or marketing material with participants, and gain insights into events via statistics or reports. It also supports integration with various third-party applications such as HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and more.

For me the most important thing was that Eventilla integrated to both my email marketing as well as marketing automation and webinar platforms easily and also has cool features such as sharing of different lists to different needs via links (such as dietary requirements to catering, names for the door).
