Zoho Assist is a one-stop solution for remote support, screen sharing, and remote access. Features of the Zoho Assist platform include the ability to provide on-demand remote support to clients, gain unattended remote access, transfer files, carry out voice and video chat, reboot and reconnect remote computer systems, and provide suport across multiple monitors. Through remote desktop connection, support staff are able to troubleshoot issues on remote PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and servers. Zoho Assist requires no prior installation of any software and can be run entirely in a web browser. It's crafted for outsourced and MSP IT support, customer support, and IT help desks. Zoho Assist supports all major operating systems and works well with firewalls and proxies. The Zoho Assist mobile app allows users to carry out a remote session from their mobile device.
