Tableau connector is really the top pick for me among the new features added. Knowledge base is good and the support team has been excellent in their quick response time and resolution time.
Although we receive notifications of individual errors on download sources - we didn't seem to receive notification when we had brief but complete outage on data.
Simplicity for data integration, up to 2 hours data freshness, awesome support, reliability of software.
No standard connections to have sql databases (mysql, postgres, ms sql,...) as a data source, so focus on marketing data only.
Besides what this tool does which is a great value addition, I like the way the tool has been designed with each component fitting logically and complementary to each other.
Integrations to media and data sources work like a charm, and with custom dimensions and metrics it's easy to visualise pretty much any special KPI you might have.
Great combination of customisability and ease of use.
The range of report types and channels available is amazing, and the setup/ functionality within the tool is very intuitive.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

Connectivity with every ad platform and keeping the record of extracts and import is amazing. Support is really good and quick.
Terribly missing the option to send a chart from one riport to another.
I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.
Some error messages are not explanatory and, again, require some experience with the product and technical knowledge.
Adverity is easy to use and thus, makes everyday work much easier. Also the Support is awesome and helps creating what the Client needs.
What I don't like is that there are often problems with data actuality. But for our work that's crucial and we need to be able to rely on the data displayed within the dashboards/widgets.

It has been smooth and will be an easy transition for us. Above all else, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super helpful.
We have been struggling to get a live connection to DataRails from our ERP for some time now.
It's also nice having tables from different files accessible from their cloud to other files - very useful when working with financial models that are composed from several files.
We were trying to work with our internal controls, but it was proving to be too manually intensive and costly with upkeep and designated staff.
We also really liked the idea of having a dedicated customer rep , this has been extremely helpful thru the implementation, but also in creation of all our reports.
The platform doesn't integrate with Excel 2007 which is a bummer.
I like the ease of budgeting and maintaining my departments spending- I like the dig down functions.
Some features were missing but already developed recently.
Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager has been wonderful.
The ease in which the product was to learn and become and expert in. The functionality within the solution is exactly what any FP&A professional should be looking for in a solution.
Can handle multiple systems and locations with ease. It’s flexible, easy to use, and allows for planning at a granular level to improve budgeting and forecasting.
Great customer service, very quick to respond and very helpful walking me thru different ways to show my data that would be easiest to maintain.

I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
I have used it for a few years now and it has been useful for each company I have worked with. It is great at giving free information on your company and website.
In a way I see it as a problem are identifier that is incapable of identifying the problem itself.
I like that it shows you where most of your traffic comes from, what customers like to see and are looking at most often. It helps me to structure ads better as well.

I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
