    Integration rating: 4.7 (9)

    Intergration with Outlook means that employees can see where their colleagues are - either home or office - as part of their regular email checking and diary management.

    Several team members and remote workers still work with Outlook and the integration allows everybody to receive all meeting and work management updates.

    This works really well and you can see any dates in your calendar where you have not booked a desk or meeting room.

    This is key in becoming our go to option. We run on Outlook and an integration with it was paramount.

    I do work with some teams that use Slack and this integration allows me to do the booking and scheduling for Slack sessions fast and easily and receive reminders too without having to be on any other platform.

    Deskbird did not have features for group chat, so I had to use Slack. Since we are paying for Slack, it made Deskbird expensive.

    While not entirely a requirement for rollout, we were pleased to see this was an option.
