I like that it integrates with our website and google and automatically sends out requests for reviews, appointment reminders and follow ups.

Needless to say, we have transitioned to a new solution that is more stable and a partner. We made the transition prior to the end of our contract with MyTime.

So despite still having to pay the remaining term, it was the right decision for my business. It reminds me of the screen in Moneyball when Billy Bean is speaking with David Justice.

Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help and we never felt like they were trying to sell anything. They just wanted to make our lives easier, which they did. They just really went above and beyond with their customer service.

Amazing Family

I started using MyTime when it was just an online scheduling tool, but now it is so much more. I use it for product sales, as a time sheet for my employees, to track sales, to communicate with customers, and for all of my online marketing! If you are a new user, MyTime can replace so many different services that you are probably paying for separately, and save you a ton of money at the same time. If you are a veteran user (like me), keep an eye on all of the extra services that are constantly being added, like the reputation manager and email marketing campaigns.

Easy-to-use Timekeeping  Program 

Overall it's not a very efficient Booking System when there's other things out there that have far more useful features. In a small scale Salon this should be fine, but anything over 20 dogs a Day for Capacity this is just outdated. 

Frustrating Booking System

If you own a multi location chain or franchise in the salon vertical, stay away.  It is far from ready for an owner that has developed a multi location business.  If you want to spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix the glaring issues with this software then by all means.  

Company does not honor agreements, zero intengrity.  

Pretty good software

Mytime started off as a trial service for me and turned into a service I could not do without! 
The Customer Service they provide is also beyond and far from most!
I plan to use Mytime in the future and my future businesses and I will recommend this to all who need organization and just a flat out service that will blow anything else away!!

I was amazed at the level of expertise and professionalism. The customer support is on point! They made the transition seamless and easy. 
As far as the whole concept goes, I love that it combines SEO with your profile and the fact that they work to assure that all of your information out there on the wan is correct.

I've been with my time over a year and have been able to increase my business because I can study my business thanks to the reports that they system can run. Anytime I have ever had a suggestion or a problem the customer service has been prompt to respond and improve upon the system.  Even the CEO has contacted me directly to gain understanding off a past issue!  I'm in love with MyTime and couldn't see myself using anything different!

Thank you Jovan!  We really appreciate the review.  By the way, you can collect a cancellation fee of a specific $ amount or % of the appointment value if clients cancel last minute or no show.  You can set your cancellation policy on the Settings page.

MyTime has really helped me organize my practice. Clients can schedule and reschedule their sessions without having to reach me by phone. I keep all my notes and records in one place.  One thing I really like is that it automatically applies the cancellation policy without making me enter into an awkward conversation or negotiation with the client. Makes for a fluid and efficient day 

I had been looking to do online bookings for a while. I couldn't ask for a better vendor than MyTime. There are some minor customization that they are not able to fix, but other than that everything was great!

MyTime keeps all my appointments organized.  My no show rate has fallen to a minimal.
I have had some technical strangeties with the tagged customer promo email blasts.  For this reason, along with the  absence of automated campaigns, whereby I can send out a series of emails in sequence, I could not give out higher stars in some productivity areas.  MyTime is led by a great executive team and I'm sure they will work out the bugs and expand in product services.
