Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.
I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them.
It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month).

We haven't found anything about the app that is a problem for us.
The best feature is that the customer service is as advertised, this company really does help. They also understand our industry which helps in the transition to and use of the product.
Haven't used it enough to see if there is anything missing.
LACRM is Affordable and Easy to use. It has been a great addition to our business, helping us keep track of test tools, customers, and new leads.
There are some features in development I am anxious to see roll out, but none of them are business critical.
It is very fast and responsive, and has all the capabilities I need. It has a series of short video tutorials that are effective and correct.
Given the design concept full enterprise integrations are a little limited. But in my view balance is right in that people use it, learning quickly and correctly to their needs.
There's a good User Interface / layout, partially adapted by us as users. Excellent support - if you have a question, a proper person will get back to you with an answer within a couple of hours.

Clean intuitive interfaces that eliminate a great deal of hassle from end-user education. Robust out of the box solutions for many standard business needs.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well.
Didn't provide a modular pricing that we can adjust according to what we needs. Design features in marketing is limited.
We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.
The mobile application was only slightly difficult to get used to navigating, but there was a lot of customization on the implementation end.

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.
The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.
It can be a little overwhelming and confusing all the options that are available.
Love the software and would highly recommend for your clients marketing and having ability to send out 2000 mailers per month free was a great thing.

Being able to setup visual email & marketing autoresponders is a big strength of HubSpot and works better than nearly any other system out there. Plus their marketing tracking is top notch.

Honeybook is an amazing software because it allows me to organize and keep track of all my bookings and projects in a nice, clean manner.
I hate myself for not trusting Honeybook sooner. So much grief and agonizing over my "DIY contract & invoicing system" so many wasted hours and sleepless nights.
I am also a big fan of most all of the templates that they provide for you to help set your business up for success.
Buggy, intermittent problems coupled with poor tech suport.
I love being able to manage contracts, invoices, proposals, bookkeeping, and client communication all in the same platform. The concierge service is fantastic as well.
I also with it would sync directly to ical. I hate having to make it use google becuase if google runs out of space it doesnt tell me and then i have a calendar issue.

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.

It is pretty easy to use. The ability to set up sales sequencing was nice and pretty easy to do.
Error logs were nearly impossible to find and though the log is supposed to be included on the email showing the errors it wasn't. Support couldn't figure it out either.
Easy set up, intuitive interface, good gmail integration, decent price. I once called them for help on a saturday and someone answered and was very helpful.
Horrible at talking to people and trying to fix problems.
With freshsales the user will know more tools to evaluate potential customers. Freshsales has an excellent communication, which we highly recommend to handle sales opportunities.
Th reporting system is really bad. You cannot rely on if it is giving you the right report.
The best thing we like is the interoperability of freshsales with our helpdesk (freshdesk). The synchronization of activity helps us keep track of the issues our customers have had with our products.

We have not yet fully deployed the program, but to date our experience with the flexibility and ease of customization of the program seems to be outstanding.
The standard sales conversion is not automatically available, you have to customize it. Reporting has errors and gives "not enough data" and no one can seem to figure out why.
We did not have to make our business fit their software, they fit Apptivo to our business. The Apptivo team is still available to help, so service is excellent.
Can be difficult to navigate if unfamiliar. Can be difficult to customize if unfamiliar.

It allows you to invite others and share timelines with them. It is very helpful to stay organized and share progress with free viewers.
Som missing cross-references between boards and projects.

When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.

Love It, Love It, Love it. It provided all of the features and functionality that one would need in a CRM.
Problems in integration with Zapier, poor integrations, unable to sync with google calendar, old fashion face, limited functionality of the mobile version.
In general I liked the intuitive software, it is a very useful tool for small and medium size companies, excellent tools and very good integration for MAC and APPLE users.
My only real frustration is the inability to create customised views and reports across objects - without developers assistance.
The customer service over the years has been improving with its response-times and helpfulness. It was great when I first started using Daylite and has exponentially improved since then.
Also being restricted just to Apple products made it very difficult to use it company-wide.
I looked at a lot of CRMs and have been "sold" on Daylite since I started using it. Also, very good support help and excellent video tutorials.
It is riddled with bugs in the code and inconsistencies in it’s severely outdated UI.
Great experience overall with this program. This is great for management of anything, weather it is for a business, or even for personal use.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.
It is good for small startups because of its reasonable pricing compared to other CRM tools. Also the customization of the software feature is also a great one.
Definitely Not at all a matured technology with the failure to understand basics if it comes to the custom tab.
I like that it has a mobile app so that helps for the chat when you are not in the computer and someone needs to contact you.

Her email title alone, "take it easy" was rude, and she was also short with me in her other emails, accusing me of not answering my phone, etc.
Seems like Teamgate picked up everything useful out from huge field of CRM products and presented it as one. Really user friendly and all features helpful.
Only criticism would be to make the packages a little more obvious when upgrading so someone doesn't end up getting the wrong one.

I loved that all of the scheduling and finance management was transferred online, as this administration side 2as a part of the business that I wasn't enjoying, but was also taking a lot of time.
This avoids many internal developments that are often inefficient or very costly.
Robust, all inclusive system, with outstanding customer support.
No Vcita no business for me. They have no live support, I've hated this from day 1.

You cannot delete appointments made in error nor can you 'actually' delete contacts.

I like the cost above all else. We used a more expensive CRM for a while and were thrilled to find out about Close.io and its low price in comparison.
The only negative thing I have to say is that close.io does not work really well with HTML emails.
Excellent support, great founders, great desktop app for Mac, and very easy to use plus onboard team members with.
It was a mess!!! Now we can do everything within the app itself. No more transferring information from one source to the other.
Close.io impressed me with its rich features and customizations. I loved the fact that Close.io works perfectly for one person.
It's missing some features that other CRMs have, especially for the price.

It really is intuitive and friendly and the staff and helpline are all about finding out what you need and making it happen. Very nice addition to the CRM space.

If you are already a Zendesk user, then I definitely recommend choosing Zendesk Sell as a way to expand reach and get higher quality leads. As with Zendesk, I love the simplicity of the program.
Zendesk has the worst customer service, which is crazy because they are a customer service platform. Not many third-party integrations.
We liked Base because it does not cost too much and it is good with history. It also plugs with dropbox which is a good feature.
Google apps sync is really bad, users all over the world complain about the very poor solution already since 2013 but base doesn't do anything about it.
Base CRM has the best mobile apps seamless integrations with phonecalls, emails. Best feautures are Contactclipper, Outlook plugin, gmail support and superb integrations with other webbased apps.
Wanted to give this system a chance but the code is so bad and the amount of times things break or functionality doesn't work is shocking. Upgraded our service and half the stuff stopped working.

The Dashboards were the winning feature. And the blank canvas approach was unexpected but fun and very unique.
I can't think of anything that I really dislike about it.
I have never in my 30 years of being in the mortgage industry and sales seen a rep care more about making a system work for a client than she has. She has been absolutely amazing.
I find it very frustrating that you can't scroll down vertically on windows unless you adapt your fields to fit. Some functions don't work on my preferred browser which is Firefox.
The package is perfect for not only customer retention but for opportunity revenue tracking and forecasting. One other fab feature of free agent is the easy integration of mail chimp.
I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.
I was looking for a program that was easy to use since I needed it to be used by someone with limited technical ability. Super easy to use for people of all technical experience levels.

The report features as an administrator are good and the customer support has always been 100% excellent. Fast, helpful and reliable support.
You can only sort by last name. There is no quickbooks integration.
I love the flexibility, speed, and ease of use. It just makes sense and is super simple (you put in what you do, and the first thing you see when you log in is the obvious reminder to do it.
For new salespeople, it has been a little difficult to use the software, although in a few days, they have already managed to use most of the functions.
Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money.
There is currently limited customisability, although this works for me as I prefer using something simple.
The OnePage system helps us stay on top of leads and proposals with a few simple clicks. We've tried other CRM's, but this one made it super easy.
Getting overloaded with sales actions (but that's kinda my fault).
Adding/removing users and subscriptions is super simple and the price is great for the value OnePage provides.
I have had a great experience with Onepage and would recommend this program to any side size operation that wants a very easy to use CRM, at a very low cost.

After all the problems, we were never able to get it to work for us as it had on trial version, and on the aspects that were not available during trial version.

It's an extremely easy to use platform with a robust list of features to keep track of your relationships. Their concept of buckets is great and the email marketing automation is great.
Too bad, it's about 100% more difficult to create BB's video's in an email that is part of a program.
Great for managing contacts, follow up, etc., easily and in a 'game-ified' way. Fun and easy to use, and provides useful reminders, etc.
Hidden fees and some ridiculous idea that some of the features you pay extra for can expire.
Fantastic customer service and support, great understanding of the real-world challenges of their market, solid CRM features.
They have some glitches, that sometimes you end up losing your unsaved and even saved work. It has some issue with merging, where they merge unwanted data that leads to duplication of work.
Great app - super useful in helping you both network with professional contacts and just keep in touch with friends you haven't spoken to in a while.
Their lack of focus on their general users is really starting to show in their product with bugs that aren't being fixed and a general lack of innovation.

I am extremely happy with Clearview Infocus. They have been amazing in their customer service department and help when I need it with trouble shooting.
It is difficult to type in a job code without getting some type of error- especially if you are unsure of how many tiers or sub-categories there are.
Clearview Team is fantastic. Best project management/accounting decision we made when we converted to Infocus.
There are a few consistency issues between the applets that are annoying at times.
This product has many bells and whistles. The integration between the opportunity (marketing) through proposal to accounting is pretty good.
Having it the same color as the live version can make it a bit confusing when training others.
They provide excellent software support as well as accounting solutions. The integration between the project management and accounting functions is seamless.
Cumbersome or lacking drill down capabilities in multiple modules. Missing a few warning messages in critical areas such as the ability to post AP/AR to closed periods.
Great technical support via dedicated user login message board interface. Answers/response are usually taken care of in under 2 hours for non-critical/emergency issues.

InFocus is simple to use while compiling and organizing complex data. Constantly improving on an already comprehensive and component program.

Having it the same color as the live version can make it a bit confusing when training others.

Cumbersome or lacking drill down capabilities in multiple modules. Missing a few warning messages in critical areas such as the ability to post AP/AR to closed periods.
Great technical support via dedicated user login message board interface. Answers/response are usually taken care of in under 2 hours for non-critical/emergency issues.

I liked the low cost and the clean interface that all looked much nicer than what we had been using. I really liked how tightly it could integrate with QuickBooks Online which saved us a lot of time.
When I encountered a problem (I have a "tech curse".), she tested and found it occurred for her too. Then she used a different contact to troubleshoot, and the problem did not occur.
Overall, very user friendly with very high quality customer service that is swift to respond to questions via chat or over the phone.
But then I tried to use it and have been incredibly frustrated and extremely disappointed with the user support (or lack there of).
I recommend if you get this program that you have a team that is similar to a programmer on the backend to help set up uniqie to your desires.
Worse CRM on the market. We chose it because it was Canadian and its supposed to sync with our system quickbooks.
