I wanted to love it but ultimately I am using GoTo assist more than Goto resolve. I cant do what I need to for my Job.
I like that I can see step by step where the customer is at on their side while trying to load the software.
I do not like that I can not add a technician to my session so we can troubleshoot together and I do not like that file transfer rarely works and I cant transfer more than one file.

We've recently released multi-agent collaboration which allows you to add up multiple agents to a single remote session and a new file manager for transferring files and folders on deployed devices (outside remote sessions). We are also planning to add this file manager feature to remote sessions.
