Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Vodia PBX overview
What is Vodia PBX?
Vodia PBX software provides a versatile private branch exchange framework with options for cloud hosted and on-premises deployment of voice over IP telephony and unified communications. It addresses requirements across small office and enterprise environments and supports multi tenancy to isolate tenant configurations and data while sharing common infrastructure. The platform operates on Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD and offers a web-based management interface accessible from any standard browser.
The telephony capabilities include call forwarding, call waiting, call parking and attended or blind transfers alongside on-demand and automatic call recording. The interactive voice response system enables custom menu configuration for automated call routing while voicemail can be delivered to email with visual management tools. Embedded conferencing supports secure multi-party sessions and call distribution can be configured by time-based rules, skill sets or cost optimisation strategies. Integration with multiple SIP trunk providers includes failover provisions and least-cost routing control.
Integration options extend to major customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho with additional support for ActionURL and ECMA script based custom workflows. Connection to Microsoft Teams is available via an external or built-in session border controller to extend enterprise communications to devices beyond traditional offices. Synchronisation with Microsoft and Google contacts and direct database logging into MongoDB or MySQL facilitates comprehensive data management. A REST API provides automation and custom development while self-hosted video conferencing is enabled through direct Jitsi integration.
Security measures include Secure Real-time Transport Protocol for media encryption and Transport Layer Security for signalling protection alongside built-in firewall capabilities and STUN and ICE protocols for network traversal. Strong authentication policies and fraud detection tools safeguard against unauthorised activity while corporate data remains on the PBX server under organisational control. Deployment variants encompass leading cloud marketplaces through Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and DigitalOcean as well as on-premises installation on standard server or virtual environments. The licensing model accommodates subscription or perpetual arrangements based on extension or concurrent call capacity. Client access is provisioned through web applications for major browsers, native desktop applications for Windows and mobile applications for iOS and Android. Administrative and usage monitoring features include detailed call logs, real-time performance statistics, system health alerts, SNMP integration and built-in billing support.
