What is Voyage?
Voyage is a cloud-based SMS marketing software that helps retail businesses create campaigns, manage subscribers, and track revenue from a centralized platform. It lets staff members utilize the built-in dashboard to view information, such as new or active subscribers, scheduled campaigns, customer transactions, total unsubscribes, and messages sent.
With Voyage, marketers can access campaign analytics, including click-through rates (CTR), total conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Employees can access A/B testing reports, create personalized URLs, segment audiences, and export subscriber lists in CSV format. It also enables supervisors to configure user access rights, track campaign performance, and insert click-to-buy links at checkouts.
Voyage lets sales teams chat with high lifetime value (LTV) customers in real-time on triggered events, such as abandoned checkout recovery. It provides an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party applications, including Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Recharge, Justuno, Google Analytics, and Zendesk.
