The telephony suite is built on Voice over IP technology and includes interactive voice response functionality to route calls based on caller input and configurable menu options. Call recording features provide cloud storage for archived conversations to support quality assurance, training and compliance. The system supports number portability to migrate existing telephone numbers without service interruption. Users can respond to calls from desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, tablets and physical IP phones. Artificial intelligence voice agents can autonomously handle tasks such as appointment scheduling, prospect qualification and routine query responses. The contact center extends to messaging interfaces including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and web chat platforms. AI powered messaging assistants automate customer responses without time restrictions and call monitoring tools allow supervisors to observe agent performance in real time. The architecture supports scalable extension and line additions without contractual limitations or hardware modifications.

Callbeat offers native integrations with customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo and Salesforce to synchronize communication activities with customer records. An API is available for custom integrations with proprietary or specialized business systems. AI assistants can be trained on company data and configured to align with specific processes and terminology. The system operates entirely in the cloud, removing the need for on premises servers, telephone equipment or cabling infrastructure.
