Paycove is a cloud-based invoicing solution which enables businesses to automate the creation and sending of one-off and recurring invoices. Payment processing, subscription billing, payment reminders, and cashflow analytics are also included.
Paycove integrates with Pipedrive and Base, allowing users to create invoices from deals in their CRM systems. Invoices can be generated automatically when deals reach a specific stage in the sales pipeline, or converted automatically from quotes when the quote is approved. Users can add company logos, file attachments, and notes to their invoices, and receive invoice notifications in their CRM system. Payment reminder schedules can be created, with email reminders sent automatically to customers with unpaid or overdue invoices. Additionally, for subscription services, Paycove can automatically generate invoices according to any schedule, and updates deals to ‘won’ when invoices are paid.
Paycove provides users with a custom-branded payment processing page, automatically emailing a link to customers alongside their invoices. Credit cards, ACH, SEPA, and check payments are all supported, and users can define custom payment terms. Invoice statuses, payments, and refunds can be tracked, and all invoicing and payment information is automatically synced with connected accounting systems, including Xero, Quickbooks, FreshBooks, and Wave.
