Support seems OK and responsive. The platform itself is intuitive and has good built in features

Pros

Very easy to use system and setup is simple. Importing a CSV had no issues at all which helped me get up and running quickly

Good, customer service man in India is a nice fella

Pros

Very easy to use and I can create my own headers for candidates in the recruit feature

Cons

Still learning all of the functions. Some of the functions have too many bells and whistles, remember we are recruiters, so please keep the tech as easy as possible to use.

Zoho Recruit is so easy to set up a career page through which you can get applications that can be integrated with other platforms

Cons

Inability to customize the recruiting system. If there are a lot of industries involved, more modules can be created to accommodate what a user does.

So far, so good... couple of things I need to find out, but the support team have been great!

Pros

The friendly quick response from their support team. Always ready to respond immediately and assist wherever possible.

Cons

I won't say that I didn't like anything, I was just unsure how the trial works and where the ads will be posted to.

Pros

I have used Zoho with my previous company and i have been working with it in new company too. If we count pros i would say they have good interface but not that great where i can think of continuing with them. As, they come in pricier end. All in all it's an okay application where you can track applications for their end to end recruitment.

Cons

Price is what i am going to say as cons because there are better products in market which are better and cheaper.

Perfect Solution for a recruitement agency

Pros

Scalability, ease of access and integration with my website I was very keen on using a perfect ATS Cloud-based solution without digging a hole in my pocket. After trying 3-4 solutions I wasn't very impressed. However, Zoho Recruit offered me complete peace of mind with the offering robust features without being heavy on my pocket. For a startup, it is very important to find a solution which gives value for money and this one gives more. The interface is very neat and focused and very easy to use. The Job board integration feature is one of the coolest features. This comes with a mobile app which gives us wings to manage our tasks on the go. I would highly recommend Zoho Recruit.

Cons

A few more Job portal website should be added apart from the existing ones .

Overall it is tool which delivers efficiency and delight. It streamlines the whole hiring process quite efficiently.

Pros

Though this tool is very feature-rich, the features which I liked it from a user point views are: - Integration: We can easily integrate our assessment platform, so that the right candidates can be efficiently filtered out. -The back end workflows is very fluid and user friendly in nature. HR team can start incorporating this ATS without any rigorous training. -Attractive pricing and made in India branding also helps in the buying decision.

Cons

-Mobile App could have been better. We cannot do all the required tasks on the go. The UI/UX also needs a ramp up. -Though it works like a charm for small and medium sized businesses but for large businesses customization on this platform becomes tricky.

I have been using this software as an ATS for a couple of years now. I find it easy and the fact that you can customise is great. Zoho are regularly updating features. The Outlook link is great and allows quick upload of candidates even in PDF.

Love ZOHO

As stated earlier I have been doing this a long time and I was doing this when we were using 3 x 5 cards to store information. Zoho has allowed me to automate without having to change what is important to me. I need information close at hand and done economically and Zoho does this.

Pros

I have been recruiting for 25+ years and since ATS systems have been used I have used several and have found that Zoho has allowed me the flexibility to use what I need and adapt things to my specific needs without needing to spend a lot of time learning how to do things or worse yet having to adapt how I do things to their system. Also, the price is easy to justify!

Cons

I like almost everything about the ATS the only thing I would like to see changed would be the threshold for needing to purchase extra storage but this is quite minor for me.

My overall experience with Zoho recruit has been satisfactory I have been able to be more organized, as well as my hiring team, we have been using the app for a while now and we have find it has impacted our work load in a positive way, you can do several task such as administrating your candidate interviews, accept applications, and we have access to all that information from our mobiles.

Pros

The thing I like the most about Zoho Recruit is that you have all your information, schedules, candidates and interviews in just one place, that you can even have in your mobile devices. Zoho recruit has been really helpful to know what events and interviews you have for the day, and you are even able to review the candidate in the app, even update their status.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about the app is very simple to use, user friendly and not that expensive, the only thing is that during the mobile usage it takes a little bit more of time to load.

Cons

Support can be slow to respond with vague answers or fits it all , type of answer. Some apps not very stable need improvement. "Mobile" for example. No help offer if you need advice on how to personalize it beside the user guide. They will not do it for you. Telecom link could use so work, it's still very basic integration when it works.

very easy to use. We don't use a lot of the features as my company does not post jobs nor do we source from candidates from job board sites for our clients, however I was able to use the indeed resume search when looking to add onto my company and it was super easy to use. This is so easy to use it makes me think I should expand my recruiting company into new markets where we could use many of the features.

Cons

customer service could use some help. Very nice and knowledgeable but some don't know what they are offering and what services are included. they should add a LinkedIn parsing/integration I was unable to test the mass email feature, screen said trial would allow up to 500 emails but customer service said it was not included, I sent screen shot and never heard back.

Pros

An easy to use applicant tracking system which I would say is one of the best in the world, amazing and clear documentation. Easy to set interview schedules with selected candidate and them being notified seamlessly and with relative ease. Even more amazing is the ease at which a user can keep track of applicant files. The minimalist user interface is great too.

Cons

For an application of this nature, customer service is supposed to be fast, relevant and effective. This is not the case with Zoho Recruit. I feel that integration to other software should be seamless rather than having to use Zapier
