Best in the Business

The service which they provide is top-tier. The customer support is also something they excel in as well. My overall experience with Nextiva has always been great and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing the type of service they provide.

Pros

Whenever it comes to needing support for any aspect, Nextiva agents are helpful in resolving any issue I'm encountering. Their agents are quick and efficient in answering any questions and solving any issues.

Cons

Sometimes you can be waiting for support for 5 minutes, and other times 20 minutes. But at the end of the call, they are always helpful in resolving any issues you may have.

Nextiva - No Brainer

I have had a great experience with Nextiva and wouldn't consider switching.

Pros

Nextiva is a responsive system that grows with your business needs. It is affordable and has great support as well.

Cons

Sometimes the support queues are longer, but they always get back with you asap.
