Being able to schedule a WebEx meeting within Outlook makes scheduling a meeting effortless. No longer does one need to remember the dial-in instructions and copy and paste from a text file. It also integrates the ability to send the meeting invite and monitor attendee responses within the calendar view in Outlook.

When using the meeting recording feature, it is very useful to collaborate with Microsoft Outlook those who could not participate in the meeting without taking minutes. When web conferencing, there is no need to meet, so there is the advantage that travel time and costs can be reduced.

Calendar updated with the Webex meetings is super important, also to be able to create the meetings in WebEx directly and that out look update the changes makes the work simple,

Scheduling meetings with WebEX and having that carry over to your Outlook calendar is very important and this feature worked perfectly.

The integration is importante to ease to end user the use of the tool, specially for those whos daily basis work day is Conferencing.

The integration between webex and outlook is efficient as we don't have to sync the schedules between the two applications.

Everyone uses email and having collab software integrated into it makes your workday very easy and stress free.

This integration is important over organization level as it makes it very easy to book from email app.

The integration of Zoom and WebEx is important for businesses to be able to quickly and easily access both services. With the integration, users can start a Zoom meeting and seamlessly transition to a WebEx meeting, allowing for a smoother collaboration experience. This integration helps to reduce the amount of time wasted switching between different services and makes it easier to set up and manage virtual meetings.

There are times when a meeting suddenly lags due to the glitches, we have no other choice but to use Zoom Meetings to proceed with our meeting.

We did all our sessions in Zoom and this allowed for our accessibility options as well as ease of use for persons who needed accommodations.

I can use zoom on my phone and communicate on the comments section with no problems, also I can enlarge the pictures.

This is key in order to have multiple meetings at the same time, or different groups of users
