While there are a few things missing from the platform (third party patching, decent Mac agent, Mac TeamViewer integration), by and large the software has performed quite well for a monitoring and scripting platform.

No maintenance mode to disable alerts during maintenance windows, current built-in AV is weak (Vipre)

We monitor 200 devices and keeping track of and remediation of issues is very simple with Ninja
Pros
Ninja has an easy to use, well laid out user interface with plenty of options to meet varying needs in the RMM market.
Cons
At times certain screens load slowly and I'm impatient. Ninja does stay on top of this issue and resolves it when the problem occurs.

Network administrators can make managing hundreds if not thousands of machines an achievable task. It's fast, it's simple, and it just works.
Pros
The dashboard is simple, and UI is intuitively designed to be easy to operate.
Cons
TeamViewer/Ninja RMM integration sometimes is slower than I'd like to synchronize data, but it still works reliably for the most part.

Ninja boasts a responsive development team, a vibrant user community, and an excellent account management team.

The feature set is currently smaller than some competitors but that has not hindered my use or enjoyment of the product and they are constantly expanding the feature set.

I can't praise Ninja more. From the support team to the account managers, and even the developers, everyone has been fantastic. Their pricing is more than fair and they always do everything possible to keep their customers happy. We are delighted with the influx of new features we receive regularly and would recommend their solution and them as a company to all MSP's and internal IT users.

Setting up the alerting was very simple and encompasses everything we require for our customers.
Cons
Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.

I found NinjaRMM to be quite easy to configure patching & scripting, as well as deploy its Webroot integration. NinjaRMM's customer support team is dedicated to helping make NinjaRMM both priced right and function well for your needs.

NinjaRMM has helped us bring automation to our team and cut back on the man hours of patching our devices. It gives us a quick overview of the health status of our devices. We are able to bring more automation with the script library and hope to roll out event-driven scripts to solve some of our recurring issues.

Some times I don't even need to, with access to Task Manager and Services directly in Ninja.
Pros
The simplicity of setting up the product, using the UI, customer support and knowledge base articles.
Cons
There are features missing like Hyper-V integration, SNMP printer toner level monitoring but they're always adding new features and they are still relatively new to the RMM game.

Small agent based - cloud based - very useful now much more homeworkers Email alerts are great - software installs and server reboots are 2 of the best we use.
Cons
History for realtime monitoring (cpu / memory / processes) - this is coming soon Storage - if you need to install large software - the limit is 500mb (office 3.8GB) NMS - network monitoring would be better with dead port detection and history
