I find Adobe Analytics to be a robust, enterprise tool that can handle vast amounts of data (without the sampling that can sometimes affect other tools).
The 'Workspace' offering becomes a "go to" for both explorative and more regular reporting. The drag 'n' drop nature of the tool allows for swift setting up of dimensions and metrics. This output can then be simply "eyeballed", or extracted out into CSV/PDF for further analysis.
On occasion the dashboarding options are less user friendly, especially when dealing with stakeholders who might not have a login to the tool. 'Google Data Studio' offers a more visual dashboarding tool for sharing with colleagues, either via a hyperlink or through scheduled emails. The graphing/sharing options are also more appealing in Google Data Studio.

I have used Adobe Analytics at three different jobs in three very different industries - they all had very different online channels, markets, and measurement needs. One thing they all had in common, however, was that they were all large Fortune 500 organizations. The beauty of this software is that its rich feature set and endless ways to customize metrics and reports can accommodate for these.In...
Adobe Analytics, in my opinion, is the must-have analytics solution for large, complex organizations where the digital space is a part of their business. This tool is feature-rich beyond belief, containing more options for data analysis and customization than you can imagine! There are many things I like about Adobe Analytics; these are the top items:* Endless ways to organize and report on data,...
Each time I rave about how much of a fan I am of Adobe Analytics, I occasionally will hear from those who maybe work for a smaller company or one that doesn't have a complex digital implementation that they think it is too pricey and has way more features and tools than they need. For these, maybe it's not the right solution for you. After all, there are free solutions like Google Analytics (GA) out...

More detailed reporting and testing capability
Strong custom capabilities if your team is able to integrate, extremely detailed segments and KPIs recorded.
Very hard to implement, custom reports are confusing for non-power users. Customer support and implementation team is weak. Over promise and under deliver.

It provides excellent data breakdown, which makes it strong and versatile. The API level provides for the analysis of key information needed for your company's marketing data. Excellent for high-end website-owning businesses. We absolutely appreciate utilizing this platform since it offers so many fun and intriguing interactive elements. In contrast to many other products that compete with this one, I personally really appreciate the user interface since it is so straightforward and uncluttered.
Adobe Analytics is great at what it does since you can use its insights to obtain accurate and reliable information. A good dashboard is essential for using the tool while you are operating on it. My whole website visitors data has been recorded and used to create dashboards that will help me make better marketing choices. I was able to monitor several data points sequentially with Adobe analytics, unlike GA.
In comparison to other platforms on the market, it is expensive. New tags or metrics that must be deployed have an additional cost associated with them. For small and medium-sized enterprises, not advised.

In addition to following the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. He does all these things very well, but with the caveat that he spends some time setting things right.
Interface is quite intuitive and easy to navigate after getting used to the design. It also provides a lot of customization options that can be incorporated, provides a good idea of where to spend time updating a site and was also the first to point out the warning signs, such as tracking problems, the filter tabs are another important point of the tool, with the possibility to filter among many metrics, create segments and quickly access the sections that we use the most. Since I've been working with the tool with other platforms, the possibilities have become endless.
Some views and reports are limited to 50 pages. However, the most important thing for us is the lack of Google reference data, which is where the vast majority of our search traffic comes from. We are not sure what users are looking for before entering our site.

Adobe has helped me to reveal the weak points that the consumer has while on the site, and quickly provides recommendations to renew the experience.
Adobe Analytics is a very professional tool that is immensely useful in any company, its functions are considerably necessary to better manage information, among the most notable advantages is its simple interface to understand and the pleasant and easy-to-use work environment, of the same So, we like the depth we can reach when reporting marketing campaigns and, finally, I love the configuration and speed with which I can log in and get the latest analysis of our company's website.
Adobe Analytics is a very complete and easy-to-use tool, I can't find something I don't like about this amazing software.

Impressed by the tool and the detailed insights of the site performance. Data visualizations are interactive and the reporting capabilities are comprehensive.
Hard to compite with other 'de facto standard' tools with more documentation and unofficial support.

Over 3 years, I am using Adobe Analytics to drive my company and marketing team. There are lots of things that you can do with it, for instance you can decide which social media platform to target, to have better traffic.
Adobe Analytics is wonderful in it's job, you can find proper and true information with it's insights. It is important to have nice dashboard to use the tool while you are working on it.
To be hones, I am glad to use Adobe Analytics but it is quite slow while you are surfing around the section. They should optimize the tool about it's speed.

I love how data collection with Adobe Analytics is made easy including all complex segmentations.
Even though it's one of the best tools, it still has limitations in terms of user's ability to modify data to their need.

This has been the best Analytics tool so far, but there are new players coming into the market, which provide amazing video content tracking features. Conviva is an example, much easier for QA and Data research teams. Adobe Analytics must come-up with an easy way to implement VHL to match Conviva. Still There is no match of Adobe in terms of Page level and interaction tracking.
1. Kind of page view and Interaction tracking it provides is unmatched. 2. Adobe Omniture dashboard is very easy to use and an excellent report generator. 3. Large array of custom events provided by Adobe is another great help. 4. For years, Adobe Analytics has been our best partner for video and Live content tracking. 5. Being an Employee of one of the biggest Media and Entertainment company of the world, I have enjoyed working on Adobe Anayltics and have used many features if not all. 6. Their scope is so huge that it takes a decade to make use of all of them, but thumbs up to them.
1. Now a days Organizations are mving to VHL (video heartbeat tracking) from regular Video tracking of Adobe beacons. 2. Testing VHL is a real pain with Charles proxy or other debugging tools. Although Adobe has launched an in-house tool to validate them, but we are still away to use that. 3. Also, Processing rules is a good feature by Adobe, but it actually creates problems for QA teams. since all variables looks good to them but later they are sometime messed up due to the processing rules.

Adobe Analytics has colossal out-of-the-crate investigation, and notwithstanding that, is exceptionally very much intended to be modified to a client's specific business needs. He said that organizations will have the capacity to decide precisely what change measurements are appropriate for them and guide out everything on their site, enabling them to get an awesome comprehension of their clients.
Platform is very best in class and effective, which implies that it accompanies incredible many-sided quality as far as route and utilize. In that capacity, he prescribes having a committed contractual worker to actualize it to have the capacity to boost its maximum capacity. Else, he advised that it won't be taken a toll effective to utilize it as it accompanies a robust sticker price.

We use Adobe on a daily basis and it does the job very well. We are likely not using all of its functions at this time which is exciting because we know it can do even more.
I love how powerful this tool can be when you truly understand how to use it. It can allow you to understand your site metrics as well as marketing metrics incredibly well when done right. It also have a very flexible dashboard that allows you to create whatever you need.
I dislike how we can hardly ever match up our data to our marketing campaigns. That creates a lack of trust from our teams in the tool.

We used the software to find out what are customers were doing and then optimize our website to make sure we catered to those needs. Without analytics software you are flying blind to the real activities of your customers.
I liked all the integrated tools and features. You can get different views and customer segments and then setup specific metrics to track what your customers are doing or what you think they are doing.
There is a big learning curve to using Adobe Analytics, especially if you are used to programs like Webtrends or Google Analytics.

We use Adobe to measure the website and success metrics. We use Adobe for planning and strategizing.
Adobe can get down to the details when analyzing web traffic. The solution is a strong solution for anyone wanting to understand in-depth customer journeys.
Its not for the novice. It takes a good deal of training to use the software. I would love it if it did a better job at hot spots and click-paths. It can be expensive.

It enables handling of large volume of data and provides a comprehensive analysis of customer journey.
It is flexible for customization and its data is easy to export. It does not have any limitations on data filtering like Google Analytics does. It provides a good variety of dimensions, metrics and data analysis options. Its segmentation is intuitive that helps when breaking down data for a particular product.
Its online channel is slower as compared to its desktop application. Along with being dev dependent, its extensions building for launch is difficult. It learning curve is steep and pro-level skills are needed to get hands-on on it. It is expensive for smaller businesses and licensing is an issue.

Pretty intuitive to use. I mostly use the Workspace to create new reports, and the drag-and-drop features really made it easy to understand and build. The built-in reports are also great.
Actually a bit difficult to sign on initially. Had some trouble understand hit, visits, and visitors, and I don't think the help page really gave a good explanation. Also segments were a big confusing as well. Also there weren't a lot of support about how to use report builder with excel.

In general, I liked the experience of exploring the application. It allows you to organize a batch check, which saves time. The main advantage of the program - there are no restrictions on the amount of data.
I can not single out any significant drawbacks. The program meets all the requirements of a productive site analysis. Easy to use and has good integration with the rest of the company. In fact, for SEO specialists this is already a standard application.

Very powerful and customizable. Integrates well with other tools, including other Adobe Marketing Cloud (AMC) products.
A little pricey, so not well-suited for smaller businesses who may be better offer with a free service like Google Analytics. Takes a while to learn how to use all features.

Still a had a good experience due to my level of familiarity with the product. I also noticed the product support team were quite attentive.
It's familiarity since the overall feel retains many elements from when it was still Omniture SiteCatalyst. I also enjoyed the ability to easily report on growth (or not) over a period of several months or weeks and be able to showcase each month in a spreadsheet
The overall clunkiness it's retained since it was Omniture SiteCatalyst. I've seen that it's also now experimenting with real time metrics but perhaps seem to be playing catch up with Google Analytics.

We install Adobe Analytics system at some of our client sites to collect detailed statistics. Based on the information received, you can significantly improve the main indicators: conversion, time spent on the site, behavioral factors.
The first serious drawback of Adobe Analytics is the inability to view visitors' actions on the site. The second minus is no tool for making predictive analytics.

We have implemented Adobe Analytics to help track usage and customer experience metrics. It's customizable dashboards give us a quick snapshot of our KPIs, while we still have the ability to dive deeper for more in-depth understanding.
Adobe Analytics offers an easy interface with customizable features and reports. We started with little background and were able to pick it up as a team and incorporate it into our daily use.
There is some setup involved, which was a little cumbersome. But, once that foundation was laid, it was easy to use.

Great user interface , allowing me find my way around my dashboard seamlessly. Enabling me export every graphic format , filter my data according to metrics , segments, sections etc Its Analysis Workspace dashboard has been amongst my favourite part of this program, as it provides me with an intuitive environment to build and modify reports.
Has a long learning curve , thus to use this tool ; you must either have a prior knowledge of this program or have an in-house team to train you to use this tool.

I like the numerous options available in Adobe Analytics. This software allows you to make the workflow more organized, facilitating the work of the team by a set of convenient marketing functions.
Because of the huge functionality initially software may seem quite complicated. For comfortable use it is necessary to know the special terminology.

Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics are not competing software, but different products. With its custom variable structure, Adobe can better serve large businesses, while Google can be more convenient for companies that have just started with analytics.
Analytics is the transformation of information that is readily available through different resources and different technologies into information, and transforming it into action for your organization's growth, profitability and other purposes.
When you start using Adobe Analytics for the first time, Adobe's diverse variable structure can confuse you. The fact that this infrastructure is not understood is one of the biggest reasons for technical installation and analysis errors. The analysts who go from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics say that Adobe is very confused and therefore have difficulty.
