PostAffiliatePro makes it very easy to onboard new affiliates and distribute tracked links, particularly in our case where various complex deep links need to be supplemented by an affiliate parameter. The ability to simply track all inbound links from a partner domain adds another level of flexibility for partners. Additionally, we appreciate the ability to define complex attribution models of affiliate credit and duration of customer affiliation. While we've not used this extensively in the past, it's a major future-proofing feature for our affiliate programs, allowing the platform to adapt to any number of business model changes. The UI is simple enough and it offers tons of analytical data.

The admin interface seems a bit dated, and the result of linear feature expansion. It could use a rework to make daily admin operations easier, especially on the reporting side.

It takes awhile to learn where everything is and how to make changes. Sometimes I need to ask support because I can't remember where to find the file I need to alter. BUT, that is typical of WYSIWYG type of platforms. It was easy enough though, once you get used to it, for anyone to be able to use. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out, just a bit of patience and testing to make sure it works the way you need it to!

It's great software. it includes features that you want in comparison to others software's. and this software is better than other software unreasonable charges. no need to create manually affiliate or customer account to have them send traffic and be credited.

This software is on PHP and who don't know about this language. Its makes harder for them because PHP is interpreted language.

They do have a good online chat service. This is necessary because the software is so horrible you will need help each time you open it.

This is the worst. Horribly frustrating to use. Horrible user interface. I have to relearn it each time. So many compartmentalized parts of the website. Adding an affiliate and their corresponding code is a nightmare. Once a default code was applied to a new affiliate. I didn't do this. The affiliate demanded $4,000 even though they did no sales. Then I wrote them telling them I would be switching soon. I did NOT ask them to close the account. They unilaterally closed the account. Very frustrating. Would never recommend except to my worse competitor. Just so so so bad. Also doesn't have basic automatic monthly payments to affiliates. All needs to be done manually.

Whenever i had any problem to install the software customer support team helps me every time and their staff is very helpful.

Sometime i face some issue to open it maybe there is some bugs. Hope it will solve.

We had to move froma different affiliate software - as it was proving extremely unreliable and not tracking certain clicks. As a result - I jumped on many calls with different affiliate software that promised the world. Post Affiliate Pro was the only software that made sense - was relatively easy to use - while at the same time having a great selection of tools and services that we need. The CUSTOMER SUPPORT was also AMAZING (must mention [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in particular for all his help)

The dashboard from the merchant's point of view looks a little old fashioned - but that's just an aesthetic thing.

Many pros, starting with the reasonable price comparing to many other competitors. In our case, we were looking for an affiliate tracking software that would help tracking the offline sales through Coupon codes, when we selected PAP, we found many other amazing features that we could utilize such as: 1) Free public program website which is highly customizable. 2) Supports multiple languages (especially Arabic in our case). 3) Inactivity monitoring. ... etc. You may see other companies which would look better from the outside, but come on! once you start using PAP you will realize that it is a hidden GEM!

The only comment that I have is related to the system integration, the integration using other language than PHP is not as easy as it has to be. However, once you approach the support, you will get the support needed!

Post Affiliate Pro unfortunately does have a few issues. It can be rather expensive compared to some of the other options on the market, the customer support is not always immediate, and the learning curve for new users can be rather steep.

It's simple to implement, setup and use and doesn't break the bank. Support is FANTASTIC!!! instant and relevant responses to every inquiry, make this my affiliate system of choice.

I'd LOVE to see the ability to categories affiliates which could be customized, so i was able to group affiliates by country or the product vertical they were promoting for us. I'd also like to have a more robust notes system so i could manually log a not for each contact i have with the affiliate

The software grows with you, it handles the smallest to a more than md-size affiliate system. It has plug-in features that make customizing easy and efficient along with all the tools needed to help your affiliates grow

PAP provides a very good tracking via cookies, fingerprinting, coupon code, and IP. Also you get a very flexible commission management with commission groups, multitier commission and separate commissions per product/ productgroup.

The many options make the initial setup not easy. What is really obscure: The change of form templates.

It has many features and you'll likely be able to setup a commission structure that works for you and your business.

1. Basic importing is a real hassle with this software. Import functionality needs a complete overhaul. Basic coupon importing that consists of a two column spreadsheet cannot be imported without custom PHP coding and use of the API. Why this functionality is omitted from import is beyond me. 2. The most important thing i guess is that post affiliate permit to users to do multiple and amazing things with its features. I like to the quality of modules for the tracking purposes.

It takes so much time to refresh an interface and i think that is very important to publish a public API and work on push notifications over customized mobile apps.

Campaign is easy to setup, functionality to export commission and setting up of affiliate is easy. Overall it's a very powerful software to grow your business revenue. Front-end affiliate template is beautiful. Integration to others platform is easy to track affiliate commission. Simple and easy to generate tracking ID for affiliate to share and earns commission. Details commission and affiliate listing for administrator management. Recommended!

Payout to affiliate cannot be split to different amount. Adding affiliate to commission group is not convenience. It's a bit hard for me to criticize PAP as overall I really didn't have any others cons about PAP.

The broad array of features is quite impressive and could be a bit overwhelming, in a good way. There are features that we never thought that we needed for our project, but after becoming acquainted with them, we have successfully implemented them.

Like any other product of this heft, the learning curve could be a bit intimidating. It took a while for me to fully grasp the full functionality. This initial challenge was made much easier with the stellar customer support that always seems to be there when needed.

It’s easy to use. There’s several filters for reports. Payments to affiliates are a breeze.

I would like to be able to set goals. For example, if the leader of a large team of affiliates doesn’t reach a sales goal, they won’t get commissions from their teams sales. They have to reach the goal first.

Creating a new affiliate/affiliate sign up was relatively easy.

This program had been set up with my company’s website for about two years, and was not tracking properly - my company continued to pay monthly for two years and the software didn’t even work. I found this out shortly after joining the team. The manual payouts were also complicated and time-consuming.
