Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.

The onboarding team and support were super helpful every step of the way and ensured that we were ready to have a successful launch for our employees.
As with any software, having a dedicated admin is necessary and a lack thereof can be frustrating.
It is easy to use and to navigate. I think it is very user friendly and has some great features and integrations like Slack.
Lastly, the templating feature through PrintUI was so confusing to implement that the task has been handed through three different people in our office and we never got it off the ground.
It's quick and easy to upload, tag, and share assets. The support team was super helpful when needed.
Everything is case sensitive - which leads to our team members creating lots of duplicate tags. It is also a bit of a mess getting your team aligned with tags/labels/sections.
Brandfolder is the best solution to help you sort, manage, and share digital assets. Plus, they invest in their customers by constantly innovating and improving their platform.
Confusing use of terminology e. G difference between label and pins and folders and tagging.
We found Brandfolder to be a cost effective, user friendly and very powerful tool for allowing us to store and share our assets.

Overall my experience was great, and now they are integrating with even more important software, so it’s getting even better.
I received this response after I emailed them on the 22 to cancel my subscription (you can’t manually do it yourself) and they acknowledged my email but charged me anyway.
For the moment I liked it and I found it very useful, it is a tool you need to have in your work to provide a better service, it is very good.
InstaPage got too greedy and may be conducting bad business practice.
The builder is super easy to learn, the integration with WordPress is seamless, and the ability to duplicate pages for scale and to collaborate with your team and/or clients is industry-leading.
After awhile Instagram gets boring it needs something to bring some light to it.
Awesome job, and I can see many Romanians in the Customer Service Department, I am Romanian as well, and all I can say , Good Job Guys. And thank you for an awesome product such as Instapage.
You have 24 hours after payment is made to claim back your refund. If you didn’t notice then they keep your money and refuse to refund you because of their “policy.
The pricing is very fair and the flexibility and ease of use is better than almost all other similar tools I've worked with before.
Especially the support team is helpful with all my challenges. Together we will make landing pages awesome.

Creating quizzes is pretty easy, so i got the opportunity to iterate and find very quickly the best solution for my situation.
Another potential dislike for me was the learning curve, I noticed that due to all the possibilties I got stuck into the "what should it start with" phase.
The really amazing support is what makes the platform stand out for me, to be honest they saved my a.
We wanted to collect leads in this market, but were doubting between which lead magnet to use.
I also appreciated how supportive they were in resolving any confusion I had working on my calculator app.
I can't say there's much to dislike. I wish more features would come in the standard version, but I've never found myself at a disadvantage.
I also love the fact that it integrates with other popular software services which help you funnel leads into other systems. Finally, it's support staff has been great to help me with my doubts.
Template customization is a bit limited but if you know a little bit about CSS then you can do anything.
Their customer support chat is amazing. They were always quick to answer and help with any questions I had.

I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.
It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
My biggest complaint is with my own team because I keep having to reset people's passwords for the site because they forget them.
Widen is a terrific tool for our global team. We are able to have 24/7 access to all our assets no matter where we are in the world.
I think the one thing that I struggle with was the update on how to upload images.
Overall it has become a great tool for our users and the expansion to house storing certain documenttation in one place is great.
They broke down the implementation process into manageable steps and answered all questions we had in a timely manner.
The customer service is the best in the business. Highly recommend for their attention to detail and ability to figure out problems.

Everything is clearly categorised and easy to navigate from the toolbar and homepage. The spotlight searches make it really easy to find.
Ease of use is a big factor for us and being able to modify the DAM as needed makes it a program we can use and adapt to the different business units at NVIDIA.
The native features were enough for all of the clients that we rolled this out for. The primary benefit that we saw was time-to-implement versus building our own custom DAM.
I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.
It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
My biggest complaint is with my own team because I keep having to reset people's passwords for the site because they forget them.

It's great to have a digital asset management solution that is tailored to our business. Celum has been a game-changer for our team's collaboration.
It was very limited feature camparision to other applications.
All in all its a great software which i think is doing great and headed towards in right direction.
It’s a little bit costly to used by a person who is working on less pay but if someone do efforts and take a risk to try it then defiantly this is a work process changing software.

Nothing in aspects is missing I have every reason to choose it everyday.
