What is Flokzu?

Flokzu is a cloud-based workflow and business process management (BPM) solution which allows organizations to automate repetitive tasks and workflows through a low-code interface. The platform’s drag-and-drop interface, customizable forms, and analytics allow users to configure and track all of their business processes and workflows.

Flokzu integrates the international Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard with its drag-and-drop interface to allow users to model processes, by combining tasks, deadlines, business rules, notifications, and time management. Forms to be completed at each process stage can be customized, with a variety of field types, auto-populated content, and default values.

Flokzu automatically delivers assigned tasks to assignees’ inboxes. Tasks are assigned automatically to roles or users, and can be reassigned as needed. The audit trail records any changes made. The dashboard provides users with insights into task progress, with charts for completed and ongoing tasks, and reporting by process, user, and role across customizable date ranges.

Benefits of using Flokzu

The drag-and-drop interface allows users to model business workflows without writing any code, combining business rules, tasks, deadlines, notifications, and time management.

With the form builder, users can define custom forms for each process stage, with support for multiple field types, auto-populated content, default values, and more.

Tasks are assigned automatically to roles or users, with the ability to reassign tasks as necessary, and assignees receive details of pending tasks directly through their inbox on their computer or smartphone.

Custom reports, statistics, and historical data enable the tracking of processes, and reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery via email.

Due dates and timers allow users to manage deadlines, with the ability to send notifications, reassign tasks, or take other actions on a certain date or after a set period of time.
