ShipHero is a cloud-based multi-channel inventory and warehouse management solution aimed at merchants and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. The software offers tools for managing orders, inventory, barcoding, batch picking, shipping, returns, and more. ShipHero automatically syncs inventory across multiple eCommerce stores, such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce, Walmart, and Etsy. All inventory changes are tracked, including receiving, fulfilled orders, restocked returns, cycle counts, and manual updates. Barcodes for products, totes, boxes, and locations can be created, managed, printed, and scanned, and ShipHero automatically determines optimal picking routes to streamline the pick & pack process. Integrations with multiple shipping providers ensures that users can find the cheapest shipping options and share tracking information with customers.

  • ShipHero synchronizes product availability across all connected stores with matching products, and automatically generates SKUs for products, allowing users to manage products across multiple stores, locations, and warehouses, optimize inventory recording, and prioritize where stock is shipped to and from.

  • Users can create, print, edit, manage, and scan barcodes to ensure correct picking of products and quantities, receive purchase orders using manufacturer barcodes, set packages and weights using box barcodes, and more.

  • Automation rules allow users to set order priorities, select shipping methods and options such as insurance, remove items from orders, record notes and holds, create specific instructions on how to package orders, and more.

  • Inventory adjustments are tracked, with details of who made changes, when, and why.

  • Inventory can be continually counted with the cycle count feature, with users able to control how many weeks per complete cycle count, removing the need for annual warehouse shutdowns to count inventory.
