- would like to see Add-ons for clients to select while booking treatment - Quickbooks integration so you don’t have to export invoices - weekly or customized email campaigns sent out to client list showing availability - discount codes for clients to use at booking

Yearly email about bookings ect, got one for nottero as a whole but not as a individual clinic. Just a fun add in!

Watching video to learn how to use the software is a kind of difficult especially the Youtube video screen is quite small . It is hard to see clearly. I hope there is training that I could attend in person.
I want to go paperless for keeping client record and charting. I believe online booking is convenient for client to pick their convenient time. Save time for back and fore texting and messaging when doing booking. The outlook of online booking looks pretty nice and professional which is an addon feature onto my website.
Soap Notes: I am still not familiar the software app. I find it is quite confusing especially current the software not support TCM acupuncture.

On my free trail so I wish I could call someone and not have to book an appointment wait 2 days for a call
Less paper work and filing documents will really keep thing simple and organized.
Doesn’t let you block off times daily. Just weekly.

Amazing. I love this software. I've used the other leading software, and there's not even a close second.
I love this software, and I've tried most of them. I spent close to 20 hours deciding before choosing Noterro. It's easy to use for scheduling, SOAP notes, client self-booking, and billing. Even better is that the developer always responds fast. I once reported a bug and they fixed it within hours. I've never known a dev to fix something that fast.
I use it for my personal training business as well; having subscriptions and tracking for remaining sessions/classes of clients would be nice. I wish I could collect credit card information using Square, but they've said it's in the works.

So far it's been good. I have appreciated the constant updating and adding of new features even in the last few months.
I like some of the customizations that I can put in with the emails. Booking appointments is easy and I like that the charting is available to use as well. Automatic email/text reminders are amazing. It means that on Sunday Night I don't have to worry about reminding my Monday clients of their appointments. It's all done for me!
I would love to see a "smart" scheduling feature where the system can book people online by giving them the appointments that make my schedule most efficient. IE: I have appointments available at 9 and 10:30 however, right now, the system will offer (9, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00, 10:15, 10:30). Right now, if someone books into my schedule at 9:30, because that it what is offered, then I have lost the...
Since writing this, we released cluster booking. It makes your online booing super time efficient! Thanks for the rest of your feedback, I'll pass it along to our product team. PS: We just recently added the ability to add an invoice form an appointment on the dashboard.

I researched similar programs and found the reviews were great, the price point was what I was looking for, for a solo practice, and they offered all the features I was looking for. It's a great program with great customer service if you get stuck. I'd recommend it to anyone.
I love the new app feature. It's a great way to remind patients to book and appointment, without having to bombard them with email marketing we all know they aren't reading anyway. Simply flipping through their phone, they can see the app and book an appointment easily. It's great!
Because the program is customizable, there is a bit of a learning curve when you first start setting up. The great thing though is their customer service is too notch. I've always had an email reply within a day and always answered m my concern.

It is easy to use, it is NOT glitchy (unlike the other software we have used in the past, eg, Booker/MindBody), in the rare times that there is an issue, their customer service is immediately responsive, resolves the issue and will even customize requests for features. Other software I have used if you put in a feature request it will never get implemented and if you contact for a glitch/bug they will never fix it (that is with Booker Software which has been horrible) -- with Noterro they will immediately fix any issue and will get back to you to confirm it was fixed - so responsive so great. A small and responsive company. I just love them!
I can't wait until they come out with customizable Clinical Notes (right now it is standard SOAP notes which is fine for massage, but I am also an herbalist and can't use it for those notes. However, they say this is an upcoming feature. The other upcoming feature that I can't wait for is for intake forms to have an option with "bodies" that clients can draw on with their fingers or mousepad to show where they are experiencing pain. Our old paper intake forms clients could draw on the bodies and that always helped me to remember their issues better. On the SOAP notes the practitioners can draw on the bodies, but seeing this on the intake forms and their health summary/snapshot will be great. They say this feature is coming soon and they always seem to deliver.

Easy to set up and use, clinic notes are quick and easy especially for busy practitioners this is a must, scheduling, billing and invoicing is great. Cost is very reasonable as well
I personally just wish there was an option for clients to purchase packages online without having to schedule an appointment. I also wish the app was able to integrate with some other software I use such as physitrack or trainerize, but this is just me being needy and wanting everything in one spot, it really isn't that necessary.

It was great. I only used partial feature but they are great and customer service via email is always prompt within a day.
I only use intake form and soap note, and I love it. Great feature is, whatever the conditions the clients have - injuries, surgeries, medication, you can see it every time. Otherwise how can you keep track of their issues without going through all the notes in the past? Intake form is thorough and well organized and if you want to make sure for them to fill out certain things like dob or address, you can do that.
Sometimes, the clients don't fill out the form online and I have them fill out the paper form. It's awkward to have them type because you have to have them use your computer, and sometimes, they are not good at typing. I wishyou can have the feature that I can fill up the online form after I get their paper form, email them to check and sign.
Thanks Kimiyo for the feedback. For patients who forget to fill in their intake form, you can generate a print version of the intake from right from their profile. This way they can fill it in, on paper, then you can input it into their profile. From the patient's profile, click "Forms" then click the dropdown menu in the "Add Form" button. There is an option to "Print Blank"! :)

The customer service is exceptional.
I like that only my available times are viewable to the public rather than showing all my available time with booked spots showing. I also appreciate the pinned “snapshots” of the patient charts so I never have to go searching though intake forms to refresh my memory of what we were working on.
No log of messages sent to the client. I can’t see if they got an email, if they clicked it or if it was opened. I also wish we could have separate labels for services. I want to label a service Indie Head Massage, or hot stone or Matrix Repatterning but on the receipt reflect Massage Therapy. The landing page and booking page is functional and utilitarian. Can we make it a little prettier? Is it safe to guess a very high percentage of your customers are female… can we give it a softer edge and improved esthetic? I also wish we had a facebook group where users can share ideas on how they are using and managing the software. Create a community of Noterro users where we can discuss ideas and feedback for improving the software.

I love the fact that I can have my EHR and scheduling on one platform! I have been looking for software like this for quite a while. Although there are other all inclusive software programs out there- none were budget friendly for my small Acupuncture practice and most had many features that I would just never use. I love the automated email and text reminders through the scheduling feature. Being able to learn the program in a relatively short period of time is a major plus since I am not very tech savvy. Customer support is amazing! I can send out an email for help and generally get a response within minutes!
This software was clearly designed for Chiropractors, massage therapists and med spas- which is ok- but I am an Acupuncturist and we have EHR needs too! Although there is an Acupuncture intake template, it pretty much ends there. I would love to see more Acupuncture friendly features. We don't have many Acupuncture specific software to choose from at this time and integrating more field related features into this software would be amazing. After all, I did find out about this through an Acupuncture collegue.

I am totally impressed with this software. It has improved the efficiency of note taking for my entire staff and our patients love the appointment reminders. It is simple and easy to learn and we also like the fact that Noterro is open to suggestions on how to improve the user experience and we have been fortunate to actually have some of our suggestions integrated. It has been a great addition to my busy practice.

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with Noterro and look forward to growing my business!
I was drawn to Noterro initially because of the fabulous price point, but also the aesthetic. I browsed others that were okay price-wise, but didn't represent my business the way I was looking for!
I would appreciate a bit more ability for customizing clinical notes, but the rest of the forms were super user-friendly! I would love to integrate TelusHealth but don't want to eat the cost when I can just do direct billing separately, so better options there would be great!

The only thing I can think of at the moment is that I would like clients to be able to add themselves to a waitlist. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the team at Noterra is already planning this for a future upgrade though.

I love Noterro because it has made my life so much easier in the department of all of the administrative tasks. It is quick and easy to use - I love that I can tag body parts for quick reference, I love that I can duplicate a SOAP note from last time and just make minor tweaks as needed, I love that my clients automatically get a reminder email which results in less no-shows, I love that they have included all of the COVID screening and infection prevention protocol into the program. My clients love the email appointment confirmations and reminders too. Everything about it has made my work so much quicker and easier and I love the price point too since I work on my own. It has been such a worthwhile investment for me!
Noterro is easy to use (and if I have questions, they are answered by their support team very quickly), has everything I need (SOAP notes, receipts, electronic intake forms, online booking and appointment reminders), is easy to use and makes the administration part of my job (the part I hate) quick and painless! Plus it is very affordable too
When booking multiple appointments for the same client, I don't like that they get so many individual emails - it would be better to get all appointments sent to them in one email. There are too many unnecessary lines and boxes to check in the infection prevention tab of the SOAP notes (feels like an overly paranoid RMT set that part up). If a client cancels an appointment and rebooks for another time, the COVID screening form that I set up to be sent to them along with their reminder email does not get transferred to the new appointment time so I have to delete that intake form and add another to go along with the new appointment

Very happy with this system.
I used to use paper forms and calendars, then I switched to MassageBook, before finally finding Noterro. I love this booking & intake platform. One of the best parts is that customer service really pays attention, you can suggest or ask for features and actually get them. The price is fabulously affordable for a small business and any glitches that show up are found and fixed by the company. I am very happy using Noterro.
The only cons I really have is that the app freezes on occasion and has to be reopened and that I can’t download my full patient library will all their files and SOAP notes for back up with one click (I have to download patients individually).

The automation of notifications and reminders creates so much peace of mind for me and decreases my no shows considerably. The online intake and consent forms allow me to prepare ahead of time for my new clients and to spend the majority of the time treating them and less time doing paperwork. The software also allows for me to create better balance and boundaries in my schedule and creates space for me to have less stress and use my time more wisely.
This software is a life saver in scheduling and tracking my clients appointments. The functions are so easy to adapt to my needs and the amount of time it saves me and the efficiencies it creates are too numerous to count. I love how they are constantly taking feedback and improving the software. I would and have recommended this to many of my colleagues. I found it very easy to navigate and it's intuitive and designed with common sense in mind. I can find the features that I use quite easily and I am not overwhelmed by the design. Excited to see the new features that continue to become available.
I would love to see the intake fields opened up to make them customizable and editable. There is some duplication in the check box fields but for the most part, all the information is there and there is more than enough options for any type of practice.

Every time I have contacted Customer Support, the reply was quick, efficient, pleasant, and on target! I always recommend Noterro! I can't sing its praises enough!
I really can't say enough great things about Noterro! It's saved me from mental breakdowns by being my focus and guide every day! The calendar, online booking, custom intake forms being emailed automatically to new patients and able to be viewed instantly upon completion, employee management, invoices, financial summaries, credit card integration, phone/text/email reminders, calendar integration with Google, Schedule management, Waitlists, promotion of open spaces on social media... This software has made my transition to Clinic Owner so easy!
The only thing I see that could be improved is having a Report based on patient complaints (intake forms instead of SOAP charts) so as we can best decide which classes the employees should attend based on the most common complaints.
