N-able Passportal + Documentation Manager is a cloud-based password protection solution designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The solution enables users to store, manage, and retrieve credentials through password change automation, credential injection, auditing, reporting, and privileged client documentation capabilities.
Passportal’s credential injection ensures that connection to customer devices, applications, and networks is rapid and secure. Incident resolution times can be reduced by removing the need for technicians to search for credentials, and new credentials can be automatically captured in the vault to provide instant access to all authorized technicians.
Passportal also allows users to control devices, application, and network access through multi-factor authentication, and manage passwords with automation of routine password changes, elimination of password reuse, and generation of strong passwords. All relevant knowledge can be shared within a single platform, with MSP-proven standards to simplify documentation processes. Users can also monitor credential usage and meet compliance requirements by reporting audit-level proof points.
