What is Dialfire?

Dialfire is a cloud-based outbound call center software which enables users to turn their browser into a complete outbound call center with a preview and predictive dialer and call blending tools. Dialfire also supports custom forms, multi-step campaigns with automated workflows, real-time analytics, call monitoring and recording, and more.

Preview and predictive dialing tools enable agents to prepare for upcoming conversations, as well as automate simultaneous calls. Dialfire allows users to prioritize contacts based on any type of freely defined criteria, and decide how they display their caller ID, whether that is no caller ID, one caller ID for the entire company, or a different caller ID for each campaign. Users can manage inbound calls with call blending technology. An overflow-team helps users manage inbound calls during busy or peak times.

Dialfire enables users to create custom campaigns with an unlimited number of data fields and a fully customizable agent screen with drag-and-drop functionality. Users can set up multiple campaigns, as well as multi-step campaigns. Real-time analytics give users valuable insight into campaign performance. Call monitoring and recording tools allow users to listen silently to ongoing calls, plus record call conversations. Secure data and voice encryption technology ensures sensitive data is backed-up and managed securely.

That being said, the cost for us is worth it, but coupled with the documentation being outdated/not existing, this does make for a lot of trial-and-error approaches to certain topics, such as complex IVRs or connections to other systems, which are essential for most larger sales teams.
