What is EasyWeek?

EasyWeek is a cloud-based booking and business management platform built for small and medium-sized service businesses. It replaces fragmented tools — separate calendars, CRM spreadsheets, notification services, and payment systems — with a single integrated product.

Core architecture:

Online booking engine + staff scheduling + client CRM + automated notifications + website builder + POS + marketing tools + analytics + open API. All modules are interconnected: a booking creates a calendar entry, triggers notifications, updates the client profile, and can generate an invoice — automatically.

Booking engine:

Multi-step booking flow: location → service → add-ons → staff → time slot → custom form → confirmation. Clients book via the EasyWeek-hosted website, an embeddable widget (JavaScript snippet for any site), Google Reserve, or Instagram integration. Post-visit feedback page collects reviews automatically.

Staff and resource management:

Individual calendars per employee with work hours, breaks, days off, and automatic assignment. Units (chairs, rooms, workstations) and resources (equipment, spaces) can be booked alongside or instead of staff — enabling use cases like photo studio rental, equipment booking, and venue reservation. Departments, salary schemes, and role-based access permissions.

Notifications:

Four channels: SMS, email, WhatsApp, and push. Customizable templates with dynamic fields. Configurable timing per notification type. Booking confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and follow-up messages.

Website builder:

Every account gets a website on a regional domain (easyweek.de, .fr, .es, .pl, etc.). Sections: homepage, header, portfolio, about, services, products, FAQ, reviews, map, team, locations, footer. Custom blocks, SEO settings, custom domain connection, Imprint page. White-label available via Website Plus add-on.

POS and finance:

Orders, invoices, transactions, financial accounts, tax settings, payment categories. Online payments via Stripe. Product sales with inventory. Multi-location finance management.

Google Calendar (two-way sync), Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google Maps, Google Reserve, Facebook, TikTok, Zapier, Make.com, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Facebook Pixel, Cookiebot, Wix, WordPress. Open REST API and Webhooks (Developer Package).

AI assistant (RAG):

Built-in AI chat widget for client-facing websites. Loads business data into a vector database, classifies client questions, and responds on behalf of the business. Customizable name and avatar. Planned: messenger integration (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram), booking from chat, and in-chat authentication.
