It has a good balance of cost and features. Their API is feature rich allowing us to extend Contentful and tightly integrate it with our systems.
There are aspects that are difficult, and sometimes hard to keep tabs on what is active and hard to back track if something does go wrong.
Once I integrated contentful in my project, it was really easy to use and I think it's very useful and powerful.
Frustrating, being treated like an imbecile with over simplified explanations of content types which still don't answer the question.
Once your projet is set up, all is easy to use and allow user to contribute without IT knowledge. All contents provided are really good for all type of projet.
The worst negative could be that there are some cross sale situations where you may feel obliged to purchase a plugin to work with your content.
In addition to these core features, I've also appreciated the ability to integrate Contentful with other tools and platforms.
The only negative I can think about with Contentful is the learning curve for the team.
For now I almost use Contentful for small and static projet and Contentful provide me the best solution i needed for it.

I liked M-Files because of the ability to organize company files in a secure location. I used M-Files to fully store my Tax program in my previous position, and loved everything about it.
It creates synchronization problems in places where the internet connection is not reliable and there may be version problems.
The setup for workflows is amazing and easy to do. It uses a graphical interface that is fun to experiment with but at the same time powerful and highly customizable.
What I dislike about the M-Files is User interface quite diffuclt to get used. They need to impove as well.
It will be the best money you spend and will save you the cost is saved searching in weeks.
Also you does not find files sometimes because you need to put keywords but you may forgotten.
It is good value for money but for a small charity like ours it's a huge investment but I am glad that we made it.
We solved the archiving and documents sorting problem, but for the price tag we had to give up using it.
Our ability to integrated it seamlessly with our Matter Management products has made it especially easy to use.

Using AEM from 2 years and its pretty good CMS tool.customer service is really great and they are pretty quick and knowledgeable. I have also attended the adobe training which is also good to have.
Because it can do everything under the sun, it's hard to navigate and difficult to see all of it's functions. The support contract is almost as much as the software.
The Adobe experience manager is a must, especially the experience asset management which uses the Artificial Intelligence (AI) power to get the best results for your business.
Learning how to use the software can be incredibly frustrating.
The level of customization and development capabilities are best in the business. We run everything on through AEM.
There are some peoples who will definitely be intimidate by the shear depth and breadth of the software. I suggest getting youtube fired up.
I like that its very easy top understand how to use.
For being an Author, you're as limited to the limitations of your developer.
It is very easy to use by business persons. It also has good integration with other Adobe products.
It is a bit expensive for low level businesses.
I like the simple GUI of this products it's easy to use and available on trial period. You can use it free of cost with limited function also.
The ui of AEM is so much user friendly and touch optimized. It makes website development easy and quick.

There is a lack of an administrative control panel in Magnolia, displaying all the workflow, most probably in graphical representation.
Wonderful CMS to develop on. Ease of development lets me focus on empowering content managers to deliver amazing end results.
The uninstall of the modules is quite unsystematic. There are no chances to go back if an error occurs during the publication of new versions of a self-made module.
Enterprise integration capabilities are also superb with available pre-built integration modules to popular applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics as well as Ecommerce.
At this point I have no negative issues with Magnolia. Very happy with platform.

The best part I love is the smart content option where the content is displayed based on the country and the IP address. Easy to create workflows to engage with the subscribers and website visitors.
A negative side of Hubspot is the high additional cost to add different extra features.
Hubspot is good if you want the simplicity of 1 central place. I will say the customer support is fantastic.
There are a couple integrations that have proven difficult or just non existent.
We love Hubspot first off because it is very user friendly where it needs to be while customizable so we can get exactly what we want.
From time to time we often find small little bugs that don't stop us from getting our work done but do cause us a mild inconvenience.

The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.
As the software is so powerful it requires a decent amount of training to become proficient. Also the inability to link to the folders in the software is inconvenient at times.
The best feature we like about Document locator is the email management using my favorite software "outlook. It helps with a number of other features including PDF conversion, Document preview etc.
Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.
I'm impressed by this one feature and recommend this solution because of this. Other user interface is available, but the shell integration is what sold me.
Customer representatives have a great relationship with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin which makes to the support for this product great.
Can be accesses from Mobile easily. The interface is clean and simple which helps out using it effectively.

Filestream integrates perfectly with Windows Explorer. I LOVE that I can access files on my computer that are on the shared drive in the same way I would access a file in MyDocuments.
There isn't much I don't like about google drive. The offline work can be a little tricky at times and I have lost a few sentences due to this feature.
Overall I am pleased with drive. It is user friendly and being someone who is not tech savvy it is nice to be able to use without having to contact support.
There is some frustration for lack of support for older devices which sometimes are just used for storage themselves.
Overall, I am very happy with Google Drive. It is a good investment when backing up your files.
Furthermore, it seems to keeps failing to sync a specific type of file (.suo , a Visual Studio related file) which however is only just a bit annoying and does not cause any trouble.
The best part of google drive is that I can save my personal files, images, docs, videos and anything else which is very important for me and I can use these everywhere through this drive.
I am unsure of the encryption and how hard it would be for someone to hack in and obtain my files. As I am aware it is very hard but everything in the cloud these days has some risk.
Over the years, I had fallen in love with it. The interface and ease of accessing my files is wonderful.
Most easy to set up and use with amazing functionalities to search for saved old files, documents and pictures. Providing access to the team is easy to collaborate.
I like this software ! it helps me a lot when I have to send teaching videos with big size files. The integration systems in the software are amazing.

The biggest problem with WordPress is the lack of understanding that it is a blog software.
WordPress is really an amazing content management system, that allows you to build stunning and amazing websites within few hours.
As a result, I'm forced to disapprove and delete spam comments individually, and when you get hundreds of these kind of spam comments each week, you can imagine that it can be frustrating.
The template they provide to create a websites are awesome which may show a good website. The plugins are on of the best features in wordpress i have used so far for creating my website.
Wordpress is really limited in its features and functionalities. More than that, the support for customers is bad.
I love the ease of use and ability to share my posts easily to other platforms for user viewing and commenting.

I find it truly amazing how little work I need to put in to make an amazing website. You will have people think the website was made by a professional not by yourself in a short amount of time.
Their policies are ridiculous and customer service knowledge and etiquette are terrible. I have to share the latest bizarre policy I've run into.
I found WIX through an advertisement that claimed that the software was easy to use to create a website for yourself and it's true. It's easy to use and also fun to use.
Sometimes the apps cost money or you have limited amount of the app you can use before it costs money. This is frustrating when you start using it and then realize you are stuck.
You will like Wix and I'm sure with a little time and effort and your creative juices flowing, you can create a spectacular website that is user friendly and your customers would appreciate.
The only problem that I have faced is that trying get to different pages of your website while in editing mode is confusing.
I couldn’t be happier about WIX. My company is been using it for over 3 years and I love their products, their customer service and the quality offered at a very competitive price.
It is frustrating when you try to customize, but it does not save or does not work out the way you had thought or intended it to.
It's a great way to make a good portfolio, that's the only reason I use Wix over WordPress in my portfolio site. It's free, it's easy to update, has a great video uploader, sketchfab interaction.
Overall with the free trial it has been very nice. Very easy to use and great templates are available.

I love Wix's ease of use and user friendly interface. I have been using it for over two years for our agencies website and we have loved it.

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.
Sadly it does not work on my kindle Ir the android tablet I had. With everything going mobile these days, you would think they'd be compatible by now.
I like the simplicity and good features and the appropriate speed of Box platform, you can easily transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space of the box.
This product has very limited functionality in some areas which could be a bit frustrating at times.
The interface of Box is great, and it is my favorite of the primary file-sharing platforms. Upload times seem relatively fast and sharing links with people outside my organization is great.
The organization of Box is awful, but this could be my company's fault.
I love how clean and simple it looks and I especially love how you can view your Box folders through a finder window on your computer's desktop.
The file size limit is very sad, I need to fragment my files too much, not to mention the limitation of file versions.
Its an awesome and convenient to remove people/add people. You can even download BOX DRIVE to have it in your file explorer and it links together, very awesome.

If you are a Microsoft fan or heavy user, then Share Point it is a good software for integration and share data and information between your people and clients.
Occassionally I will have errors when creating Sharepoint pages– such as the inability to change the column count, insert pictures, etc.
I love how you can integrate Microsoft office. The large file support is great along with the ability to keep everything on your phone.
I would describe my overall expense as very poor and frustrating.
This software is great for the world of remote working and is a great solution to collaborating online. The program is user friendly and requires minimal training to understand.
If there are too many documents that are not organized it can be hard to find what you need. I think that's mostly user error.
Microsoft SharePoint is very user friendly, easy to use and deploy. It has great abilities to enable simultaneous access to the same content and enables real time update among collaborators.

It was very easy to reassign tickets to others to help pursue or reassign back with very detailed technical notes internal to the support staff...without running out of space.
Our department gets assigned legal and customer service cases which we have access to as a team, but each team member works on her/his project individually.

The options are limited. Editing pages can be difficult because everything needs to be dragged and dropped into place, but most of the time all of the other blocks will shift during editing.
It's good for what it is, which is a basic website maker that has the ability to make very function, nice looking pages.
One of my colleagues who is taking over for me, really disliked how the Squarespace template prevented any changes. He contacted Squarespace and with their assistance was able to break the template.
Love that Squarespace introduced me to web design due to its ease of use. Templates are as great as Wix and both are really great competitors to one another.
The flip side is that Squarespace has few if any bugs, while Wix and Weebly can get strange errors in my experience.
Squarespace is a well-designed, elegant solution to building a website when you are not a techie. Their options for designs are generally clean and artistic, and the back-end tools are very useful.
Additionally, the lack of a "collaboration" feature on the blog makes it hard to slow to work with a partner on posts.

This tool is an excellent knowledge base. This is the primary use for it that we have, and it does it perfectly.
Sometimes I have difficulties with formatting some of the tables as it is frustrating when it does not follow what you want it to do and it takes a while to correct the mistake.
It is a great great tool for creating documents like PRDs and Information Documents of Projects and then sharing with team members to view and collaborate.
Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.
Confluence is reliable and offers a good set of functionalities and features, the capacity to organize and edit documentation online is great.
Performance over the last 6 months has degraded and it's now really slow. The over-arching user management is really confused.
The ability for more than one person to edit a document at the same time is awesome. Being able to drag and drop the order/hierarchy of pages and nested pages is great too.
Creating a new page on Confluence can be difficult. The formats that are available for the pages are confusing.
Confluence brings all the things you love about markdown and expands on them into a great product that can also jump into the service desk market too.
Very reliable and robust, user friendly, and easy to use, I have it as a database resource and note taking records.
The best documentation and knowledge base solution available. Perfect integration with Trello and Jira.
I love how well is integrated with the Jira ecosystem and their UX and easy to use. It's better for organizing files than other competitors.
And Best part it is Atlassian product so it has great integration with JIRA.

Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.

I like how you get guided prompts as your start building because it helps set a structure to how your website will be like. Most of all, I appreciate how its paid plans are cheaper than other sites.
I found it hard to go deeper when I was trying to optimise Weebly sites for SEO as you can't access some parts easily. Also, I struggled with the drag and drop, and undoing accidental movements.
I love how Weebly can so easily help you create a beautiful website that looks both professional and polished. It's relatively easy to use and pretty customizable.
Recent big frustration as we were considering upgrading and before anyone responded to our support inquiry, we were auto charged (ahead of the renewal date) for the existing plan.
Ease of use is the most important quality for me. But not only is it easy to use, it’s easy to get good quality results without a lot of know how.
Sometimes when I drag and drop a widget, it ends up halfway down the page in the wrong position, like the mouse is not calibrated or something, and this can only be fixed by doing a hard refresh.
A amazing user friendly UI and good customer support system. It was awesome to explore the themes and design the website according to my taste.
It must have been their last back up -- three years ago. They purposely did not notify us nor apologized for their errors.

I've been using it for a few years and I keep discovering how great it is again. There have consistently been upgraded and improved since inception when it was pretty great already.
Too bad their support is terrible when it does not work right, which is too often.
The product is great based on how it was marketed and it is a great tool. Used across 3 brands and does this with ease.
Another the major CON is that it does not have direct publication on Instagram, but offers 2 ways: via app notification (which can be annoying at times) or integration with Zapier, through a wizard.
An excellent experience with a great community of entrepreneurs and marketers supporting the ecosystem.
No feelings for Facebook available. No german translation available.
Finding content with ease and scheduling for multiple accounts is very easy. Lovely user interface and most of all, value for money compared to other solutions.
At this point, I would call the experience poor and we are moving to another product.
