The ability to quick convert an email into a task and delegate it out with out have to forward an email to a team member so that they have to make their own task makes my team more efficient.

ClickUp contains all client work for us. Linking to parent tasks only is a bit problematic, but the integration is a good start.

We use trello for a lot of file management. It can work through Missive but it would be better if they integrated better between Missive, Trello and users in our office that are not on Missive. This is possibly more of a Trello issue than Missive though.
