The solution offers a complete set of sales tools for lead management, activity tracking, pipeline visualization, and automated workflow, as well as integrated quoting, to generate estimates from the pipeline and email professionally branded PDFs to customers. Apptivo’s apps also include integrated email marketing to launch targeted campaigns to contact lists, and track exactly who is reading & clicking on messages. Implement marketing automation to plan out detailed sequences of when the team should be following up with prospects, and when they should be received personalized automated messages. Apptivo offers much more than just a CRM. The platform includes apps that help in all areas of business such as help desk, invoicing, project management, procurement, and more. Working on improving integration to be more POS-like; critical for us to have a great customer experience when we engage with a customer using our mobile tablets. Current integration unable to use card reader for payment and no option for customer to enter tips. Payment integration more e-commerce focused than virtual POS. Hoping customization can be done to achieve a quality POS-interface in the field. Apptivo feels than can accomplish this integration, but we haven't started that project as yet.
