UPilot is a sales customer relationship management platform that helps small to mid-sized businesses forecast, automate, and generate reports. The platform enables users to track customer interactions, key performance reports, and sales cycles. UPilot comes with revenue forecasting functionality which helps users manage investments and growth.

Primary features of UPilot include visual pipeline management, auto-log emails, real-time analytics, contact lists, email synchronization, email templates and drafts, task delegation, reporting insights, and role-based access. Plus, the platform allows users to create lists of contacts into partners, VIP customers, vendors and suppliers.

UPilot helps users manage data access by allowing them to create, edit, delete, view or export a contact. The platform provides productivity add-ons to train multiple systems to be turned on or off based on demand. I have used several leading CRMs, and as a user, it made me cringe to think about entering data and using them. What surprised and impressed me when I started using UPilot, was that they not only made it extremely easy to transition over to their system, but I actually wanted to use it because the interface is so strong, attractive, and even fun/engaging. The UI (which is more important than I realized), the functionality, and the simplicity are the key advantages of UPilot. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their current CRM.

The mapping components of UPilot are very helpful for us working with global airlines enabling hyper-target search, updates, et al. based on various search criteria surrounding contacts and deals. Customer support is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile.
