My overall experience has been excellent, and I have used it for another nonprofit and recommended it to a third who adopted it, and all have been more than satisfied with the product and service.
The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.
It’s great and I like how you are constantly listening to your community and implementing improvements.
There were several member files that had the wrong renewal date but we couldn't change them manually. The system would give us error messages.
We were able to engage and notify our Membership, especially in the era of Covid 19, with such ease it makes it worth the while to have this software available.
The editor is worse than worthless. It is hard to believe that anyone thought this was a good idea.
WildApricot is an excellent solution for managing association memberships and websites.
Their customer support is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service group.

Our community has taken to it very well, the features are a great fit for our team and our community, and the support from our account manager and the support team has been really great.
However, I believe that this is something that is being developed so it's really only a growing pain that Hivebrite is adjusting to.
It is was nice to work with such an experienced partner in community management, that not only offers good value for money, but also offers good advice in building a professional community platform.
It is difficult to share files for the users and in general just unclear to use. I am very much looking forward to the new mentoring module that is currently being implemented.
Since I am not an IT nerd, I really enjoy the user friendliness and the intuitive handling of the platform. Our alumni and student community is really happy about our new homepage.
It's a single platform architecture for all business users so limited customisation as all users receive the same updates/changes.
It has been an enjoyable UX/UI experience using Hivebrite. A platform that combines some of the best features of Squarespace, Mailchimp, Facebook, LinkedIn and Kickstarter.

When I started 3+ years ago, I was happy to be able to take online training to help me learn the features and benefits of using this software. I keep looking for new training to help me succeed.
Emails get flagged as spam when I send to members thru ChamberMaster. I am unable to export email to outlook so my members get my communications.
I think our entire team has been extremely please with our entire experience. The customer support and attention to what customers want and implementing just that is fantastic.
I can't think of any part of the software that I dislike.
We moved from an enterprise based software system to MemberZone and it was easy to do. More cost effective and the communication was great between us and the team.
This software does SO MUCH it can be hard to process and retain it all.
Overall my experience has been positive. The ease of use is perfect for small and large Chambers.
It is difficult and many times impossible to send a merged email to multiple members. Members get emails or newsletters with the fields not merged properly.
I like the ability to coordinate events, payments and membership in one place. Organizational management has increased due to the ease of all information in one place.
The Software is quite affordable and is quite robust to help organizations streamline their processes.
The user interface, look, and feel of the back end. Also like the ability to integrate with the company website to create a good member only user experience.
The customer service is excellent and so are the teams that help get you up and running. Can't leave out the designers and people that work in the background because they make it happen.
We are hoping to be able to streamline our operations, I think this software will really help us do that.

They are constantly improving it as well. I love creating an event on here as it is super simple and sending out mass emails is a breeze too.
I don't have time to describe all the cons of this trash; I have to re-do all the work it just lost.
ChamberMaster is an awesome system and the customer service is fantastic. They are quick, helpful, and will even send you a how to video of what they explained.
Social Media is such a elicate platform that you are always picking and choosing, when, where, why, what and how to post things. With this integration that makes it very difficult.
Chamber Master became like a comfortable pair of shoes. We were comfortable with the platform and it worked well.
Ridiculously difficult and time consuming to get changes to pages implemented.
It is easy to use, and embeds the data right in our website, making it look like our staff is on top of it all when it is really automated.
We elected to do the set up ourselves and it was quick and easy to set up. Where we did have difficulty, our implementation person was available and was very willing to help us out.
From the very first program inquiries; to the website launching; to my many questions or an occasional concern; the staff has been cooperative, delightful, and downright neighborly.

Based on price point comparison with functionally, this was the absolute perfect starter software for my organization.
Investing in ChamberMaster was, by far, one of our Chamber's absolute best decisions.
It is so easy to use and includes everything I need for member and website management all in one place.

We have been using your system for a couple of months right now and we are very satisfied. It´s ease to use, have a lot of great functions and is a great help in the daily operations.
I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it.
I feel one of the best features was the fact you do not have to have the internet to use this software that was a super big plus for us also do not let me leave out the price well it was perfect.
We have only been using for a short time, it is hard to know the cons.
I looked into several software programs to help me keep track of my members but I liked MIS the best because they have online tutorials to help you and because their are no monthly fees.
Can't brag enough about this software. One thing I really don't like is the idea of having to pay someone a monthly fee for a service...not for my own data.
It is easy to use and the tutorials really help as a guide if we need them. I am happy we chose MIS for our studio and would recommend them to anyone in the same position as we were.
We are a small Pistol & Rifle club that has 24 hour access and no employees, just a volunteer board. We previously had spreadsheets and a mass email program.
MIS was the first software we integrated at our fitness facility, the process was easy to set up and we had fantastic customer service throughout the process and still to this day.
This program is amazing and customer service is a fantastic.
The customer service is great and any time I had a problem they always walked me through all of my steps. Thanks again MIS for creating such an easy to use software.

I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it.
I feel one of the best features was the fact you do not have to have the internet to use this software that was a super big plus for us also do not let me leave out the price well it was perfect.
We have only been using for a short time, it is hard to know the cons.
I looked into several software programs to help me keep track of my members but I liked MIS the best because they have online tutorials to help you and because their are no monthly fees.
Can't brag enough about this software. One thing I really don't like is the idea of having to pay someone a monthly fee for a service...not for my own data.
It is easy to use and the tutorials really help as a guide if we need them. I am happy we chose MIS for our studio and would recommend them to anyone in the same position as we were.
We are a small Pistol & Rifle club that has 24 hour access and no employees, just a volunteer board. We previously had spreadsheets and a mass email program.
MIS was the first software we integrated at our fitness facility, the process was easy to set up and we had fantastic customer service throughout the process and still to this day.
This program is amazing and customer service is a fantastic.
The customer service is great and any time I had a problem they always walked me through all of my steps. Thanks again MIS for creating such an easy to use software.
It is very simple, affordable and dependable. Support is quick to respond if needed and I would recommend this software to anyone that wants a user-friendly product.
This is our second try at some form of Membership software and it has been a much better experience than the last software and we hope to see continued options offered through MIS in the future.
I like most is that I am able to talk to Gerry when ever I need help with the system. That is a rare find there.
I've searched and demo'd a bunch of membership software for our gym and MIS is the best software hands down. It's easy to use and integration with scanners, credit card and cash drawers is a breeze.
I love that I can manage the club from my house.
Pros: easy to install, configure and use. Great product for the price.
We are so much more efficient in 1 piece of software than 3 or 4. Everything you need is available in an easy to use package.

They were quickly able to get me up and running helping me to recreate my database on their system. Registering players online was amazing and saved me hand entering the data.
It has been a little difficult adding my picture to my profile and looking to upload it. I really do not have anything else that I have issues with.
The customer service, a man by the name of executive helped me. He was beyond helpful and did an outstanding job.
I have no discrepancies with the way this program operates. My only regret is that I didn't find their program sooner.
Like everyone else already commented, the support is awesome. All the issues that I had with the program were changed to help our members.
The only thing I don't like about it really is not something any league management program can provide at this time.

This meant that I could get the site up and running relatively quickly. I really like the payment plan features, including our ability to create discount codes.

We had to quickly put a new system in place once the Governor of Ohio closed schools in early March due to COVID-19. Collecting registration fees was also a benefit.
