I love working with RoverPass. Their customer service is outstanding and the software itself is very user friendly.
It has been very inconvenient and embarrassing to either try to send emails with blocked out dates or to reject customers based on no availability, but no way to view unavailability from their end.
In our business, good phone service and prompt help is a delight. I am happy to use Rover Pass as my RV park reservation system.
Second, I have had several guests have to cancel and are very upset when the fees are not refunded. All they tend to see is "full refund if cancelled.
I love the fact that I can text/email the reservationists and even talk with them on the one, giving a more personal service. And their 'trouble-shooting' support staff are excellent.
Most messages get missed because they are not highlighted or something simular. Also we need the ability to add notes when a site is blocked off.
My experience has been excellent. Great product with good support and ease of use.

Requests to speak to managers are ignored. Unless you call and call there is no movement on your concerns and some customer support representatives are downright rude.
Setting it up was super easy. The level of customization from email templates to booking flow is really impressive.
Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.
I like the all-inclusive feel of the check-out. I like the ability to customize emails, have waivers signed in the program itself and all the customer information tracked by booking.
Does not have all the functionality I need. What I really disliked most about this company is the accounting department.
The best part is this software is designed for the user, cheap and can be used in Costa Rica. This tool will be of great help for waivers, payment hold and organizing offline bookings.

It has a great user interface as well as good automation, customer templates and great API. Good for scheduled activities.
I would prefer a flat monthly fee. Some of the fields are missing from the reports which is frustrating.
No glitches, no hacks, and runs just very very smoothly. The monthly updating is essential to improve it & keep the quality at a top industry best standard.
Lack of customer service. Malfunctioning software.
Ease of use, format of information is really good. Adding tours or cloning tours and alterations is great.
But the not good part is the lack of payment integration with the Brazilian market.
If you are starting up, It is a very good way to prepare your company for growth.
Difficult to separate the genuine resellers from time wasters.

Rezdy has made vouchers, sharing products, agents commission, promo codes easy , seamless delivery and instant confirmation for FIT and agents - love it.

To be able to have our clients book into our stargazing tours and have all the required info there, auto emails, etc. is just fabulous. It means we do not have to man the office all the time.
I like the integration with big third party booking sites so we can offer live inventory. I also like the email system for customers and the professional interface.
The network of suppliers within the marketplace was important to us, to be able to sell our product but also purchase other products at a negotiated rate. Customer service/support is very responsive.
They made the setup and deploment of products so easy. Our team is now confident and consumers also find it so easy to make bookings.

After years of use, my favorite thing about Checkfront is the helpful support team. They always provide detailed, competent and helpful answers.
Monthly cost is quite high- we are a very small business and no discounts available and packages unable to be tailored to our needs so we are paying for things we do not require.
Ease of use, very intuitive. I was nervous about the quality of the support after our free trial expired, but have found Checkfront staff to be very helpful and responsive to all of my questions.
During covid, the hibernation plan means that your website goes offline.
Great core features, rock-solid stability, and ease of setup and integration to our systems. And they have a fantastic support team.

Don't often need to look for how to use something it just makes sense. I like that I can pay a smaller price point and not have all the capabilities instead of paying for things I don't need.
The support has an amazing actitud and vibe. They are on top of things to help the user.
Extremely disenchanted with the service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO BLOW CUSTOMERS OFF--how UNPROFESSIONAL.
After years of use, my favorite thing about Checkfront is the helpful support team. They always provide detailed, competent and helpful answers.
Monthly cost is quite high- we are a very small business and no discounts available and packages unable to be tailored to our needs so we are paying for things we do not require.
Ease of use, very intuitive. I was nervous about the quality of the support after our free trial expired, but have found Checkfront staff to be very helpful and responsive to all of my questions.
During covid, the hibernation plan means that your website goes offline.
Great core features, rock-solid stability, and ease of setup and integration to our systems. And they have a fantastic support team.
Not much we don't like - maybe could be easier to block off a day.

The support team is also worth mentioning, they are always quick and friendly and looking to provide good solutions.

When one need to know about places available for visit with good scenery checkfront is the site to visit and explore before visiting the place since they have very beautiful places to chose from.

Again, coming from an older version, the downside was just learning a new system. I was accustomed to all reservation being on one screen.

Lack of being able to do Monthly billings on the 28-29-30 and 31st.

A friend who had been in the hotel industry for many years recommended that we incorporate this software to help manage our online reservations. It was one of the best decisions we have made.
Since the updates, it lags when you try to drag a booking between rooms/ beds and it also refreshes every time you try to do something which is very frustrating.
After using the software for just over 2 years now I am still very happy with Little Hotelier - we are a basic room only 2* hotel and the software is perfect for us.
Initially it was horrible and we began looking for alternatives.
The integration and change was so simple and the support from Little Hotelier was amazing. The Reports section is so helpful with the day to day accounting.
We experienced double bookings due to glitching of the channel manager and booking engine. Technical support failed to take responsibility, simply blaming the OTAs.
Superb training and help in understanding the system, developing it, using it.
I was trying to input previous guests into the system and customize emails for marketing. There was no way to do this without creating a reservation, then cancelling it.
Easy to use, great customer service. When hiring Channel Manager and Booking Engine everything slows comfortably and easy.
Every up date the user interface gets worse. You can only us Crome on mac.
Great customer service, very customizable, integrates seamlessly with our webpage.
They go into my bank account and take money for cancelled bookings when their non refundable and the guest where no shows.

I have had to place stop payment on them and stop using the credit card machine in order to stop the bleed. I literally have called and emailed each and everyday for months trying to get a resolution.

I love this small business and supporting an American made product. I love that when I need help I talk to the people at built this product and not a call center in India.
There are so many features, it can get a bit confusing. This is my biggest "con" but still consider it a "pro" because we use so many of these features in our day-to-day operations.
It is extremely affordable compared to other companies. High Trek cares about the success of your company because the success of your company means success for their company.
Particular product setup and schedules can get a little tricky if you don't know what you're doing.
This is the first company we have used that is user friendly and I can easily receive help when I need it. Don't waste time with research I already did, this is the best company with the best price.
High Trek was the perfect choice to help us make this big leap. They have been extremely supportive getting us started and very responsive in helping us increase our product offerings.
We have been through several software companies and this is by far the best. I did a lot of research and trials with other companies and was never satisfied.
Also, the number of features that it carries with it, and still excels in, is remarkable. Also, the integration into QuickBooks is very helpful for our accounting.
It's packed with features that are easy to use (and train on) and if we ever have any questions, [sensitive content hidden] has been there as a constant support and huge help.

We have been through several software companies and this is by far the best. I did a lot of research and trials with other companies and was never satisfied.
Also, the number of features that it carries with it, and still excels in, is remarkable. Also, the integration into QuickBooks is very helpful for our accounting.
It's packed with features that are easy to use (and train on) and if we ever have any questions, [sensitive content hidden] has been there as a constant support and huge help.
After having worked with several reservation software programs in the past, the best part of this software is the fact that I don't need to integrate with any other programs.
High Trek as a whole is great. I find lots of use out of POS and transactions (we use this to check guests into our facility, attach their waivers, add merch, etc.).
I cannot stress enough that the waiver system integration with the reservation system is the best available in the industry.
The addition of CRM capabilities are making it easier for us to manage our sales funnel and work with larger corporate events with more control over pricing and communication.
I also dabble in product setup from time to time. And find the voucher system to be very handy and easy to use.

Xola has the BEST feature set, an amazing look and feel that your customers will love and they have a solid support team - the friendliest and most helpful ever.
Unable to book with different email if same name (problem when working with concierge bookings). Cannot assign guides if turn around time is tight from one event to the next.

One other thing that is slightly annoying is I have to refresh the page or close then open the app to get it to refresh to see if there are any other bookings.

The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.
Coming from a much more complicated system like MINDBODY, Fresha was so wonderfully easy to figure out and implement. Customer service has always been so kind and responsive and happy to help.
I must admit I might be confused on the billing policy.
I LOVE EVERYTHING about this software and I LOVE watching software grow with what the CUSTOMERS are wanting.
I raised my prices a little to cover the transaction fees which are not much at all. I love fresha I’m so happy with everything they do and have done for me.
Customer service through messenger and once assigned an advisor was great. Very helpful and attentive.
It is amazingly easy to use, and since being open I have had excellent reviews from my clients on how easy it is to book an appointment.
When they aren't changing things every week, we are very happy with the product. We love the new app which makes sure my therapists know immediately when their schedule changes.
Fresha also has fast team supports even it's free. It able to Booking Online, create Vouchers, create discounts, rearrange queue for therapists, track customers, provide very good data analysis.
The interface is very well thought out and it runs so smooth and glitch free. I love everything from the calendars to the confirmation texts to the payments.

Probably the best thing about Fareharbor is the absolutely fantastic support. When you need to do or change something, all you need to do is ask and the support team will have it done very quickly.
Also the fact there were so many small mistakes when buiding it, (we've had to ask to fix the same mistake more than one time because one thing got solved but created another problem).
They care deeply about our success as a business and we feel the love and support from their staff as we grow our business and partnership with their company.
The obvious one complaint is that FH charges customers who make a booking online (on my website for example) a 6% fee, totally seperate and additional to any tax, which adds up.
So far I really appreciate the help offered by those assigned to help set up our company w/a new reservation system that we hope will be much more user friendly for both us and our customers.
I thought it was overreaching to think that after submitting my information that I would be up and running in a week. I was gladly proven wrong.
It has strong features that does almost anything you could wish from a solution like this one. Software is excellent and it comes with premium custom support.
I raised this with their developers and the response was sorry, its all hard coded. I then asked if I could have the fareharbour branding removed from the booking pages.
I would highly recommend this software. Customer support is excellent their staff are quick to reply and help with any situation that arises.
My favorite part of this software was that it is easy to customize. We are a weather dependent experience so how simple refunds & rebookings were was also exciting to us.
It also integrates seamlessly with our website and is exceptionally user-friendly, not to mention how beautiful it looks.

This is the best website/app when making reservations. It is seamless and super easy to see what your options are when looking at places to go.
Difficult at first to locate the specefic restaurant I was looking for. Unable to change reservation from site, can only cancel.
The app is user friendly and intuitive, it keeps track of your reservations and is much more secure and hassle free than calling the restaurant and hoping they pick up the phone.
My only problem with OpenTable is the cuisine categories aren't always accurate which can make it slightly difficult to find what you're looking for when you're in the mood for something specific.
I like the design of the app and the user friendly it has become they did some great improvements.
There is nothing that I have encountered as of yet that makes me dislike this app.
Open Table was a useful program that helped me to make reservations at my favorite restaurants. It was easy to make the reservations and I liked the alerts when the table was ready.
A few miscommunication errors at times between restaurants and open table.

Great for the beauty industry, easy for us to use and easy for clients, much more reasonably priced than other scheduling software.
I get calls all the time of accidental appointments made and they are unable to locate how to cancel them. Or I have to call and verify that is the day and time they wanted their appointment for.
I like how user friendly the software is. Also if I can't figure out something costumer service is wonderful and helpful.
It turns out that i have to go on the other side of the title and click on to modify. That was misleading and indirect to me.
Easy to set up and use with other third party vendors, impressed with functionality and flexibility. Love the features to include others in the calendar when working as a team.
I am still unsure of how I need to streamline my settings as to not double up on services or make things more confusing than they need to be.
Fantastic customer services so far. The options for multpul providers and transparent schedules to admin and others make a huge difference in our ability to function daily.
As above - We need to be able to book an appointment and then the client be able to pay for it. At the moment, if we book a slot it is blocked off and the client can't pay for that slot.
Has improved our scheduling and our ability to see what my colleagues and myself have coming up so we can all coordinate schedules.
The customer service has been great to answer my questions and help me figure out the different customizations.

I get calls all the time of accidental appointments made and they are unable to locate how to cancel them. Or I have to call and verify that is the day and time they wanted their appointment for.

The customer service is TERRIBLE, the subscription is VERY expensive (not to mention it changes almost every year), and it is the WORST to set up correctly.
I liked the brand recognition and all the features available for business intelligence. We were glad to have the Livestream option available for classes.

Overall there is no other comparable software that suits our needs like Mindbody does. Thank goodness for their excellent customer support.

I am super impressed with Lodgify. I purchased it to start managing our vacation rental home ourselves and it has been so impressive from the start.
I have had dozens of guests message me about dates that were unavailable and were confused and frustrated.
The software is pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. My favorite thing about this company is the amazing and awesome support team.
The text editor for the section “direction” is disastrous which lead to an unpleasant guest experience when they receive "directions" in their automatic emails.
I liked the Website Builder the most as it was easy to use and allowed me to quickly create a great looking website with good landing pages.
It has a few errors, especially once you make an accounting statement. Then the notifications you can synchronized it but you don’t receive what the system it is sending to the clients.
Good support in french for french speeking owner like I am. Clean interface for both customers and administrators.
Very limited support hours of operations, especially for customers not based in GMT time zone. Inability to change pricing via an IOS device is a major drawback.
I am so happy with my investment in Lodgify. It costs a bit more than other booking software - but it's worth it.
This is a progressive, caring company that is working daily to provide a great product and service. My husband and I bought Lodgify to manage our vacation rental ourselves and we are up 40% this year.

The ResNexus team is very responsive and accessible. They are always improving their services to give the best product and support to their clients.
I then phone the platform and it always turns out it was not there fault. Then I phoned resnexus back and eventually they are forced to admit they are making the mistake.
The reporting is a fantastic help to our business - keeping us on track and informed - granting some peace of mind during COVID-19.
There are no features that I dislike. It was relatively easy to integrate other booking platforms, i.e., booking.com and authorize to connect with InnPayment.
The ease of use, the customer service to switch us from our old PMS was great, the daily use of is very easy and the continuing updating and listening to hoteliers of what we need is top notch.
I cannot think of anything that I am unhappy with right now.
The team at ResNexus has been awesome. They are always available to help and support, although there is very little need to have to call them.
The inability to process payments without going through complicated requirements.
Above all I love the Customer Support ever competent and ever helpful and kind.

But when I was faced with a weak checkout UX for our customers and with a bad support, I searched for other solutions.
When Bokun launched, I loved the product. It was affordable, solid and easy to implement into my website.
At the time I was using it, customer support was the worst part of it.
I actually liked the options, the system and the way of managing it. It is recommended because it is useful, easy to use and priceless.
Many hasitate knowing that this is not a privately heald software but viator being behind it but I personally can't see why this is something that bad.
Benefits are to have a software we can rely on, it provides ease of use, it's practical and have the best support we have ever experienced of any partner or platform we have worked with.
We are massively disappointed by the move Bokun has made from commission based bookings to a monthly subscription fee.
What I like best is the help when needed, usually very quick and accurate.

I really like how Booker allows clients to schedule on line and purchase gift certificates. Most clients love the ability to schedule on line.
It takes forever to track and check people out. The reports are confusing and make no sense and their payroll is not customizable so I still have to outsource and pay more.
It's also super easy checking out clients, but best of all is that I'm able to manage our calendar for both therapists and clients, and reschedule with ease.
SO finally I'm writing this review and turning them into the fraud division.
Booker is easy to set up and very intuitive. The price is good and they have great customer service.
When we’re busy with services and clients, it’s a really bad situation that we can’t do anything.
It's super easy to customize, visually appealing, and overall a very user friendly booking system.
There were glitches that led to errors in bookings, etcs. Customer service and features were limited.
My experience was great with them. The customer service was great- easy to contact & fix any issues I dealt with prompt.
Overall i am slightly disappointed as the sheer cost of using it and the UX experience it provides leave a value mis-match.
Customer service is AMAZING!!!!! They are very quick to answer and fix any questions. Gift cards and client look ups are very easy to access even with out having a lot of information.

It’s cheaper than most competitors for the great performance it has, booker is more user friendly and has multiple different pathways to solve the same problem to offer multiple routes of action.

User information for people who have booked spaces can be hidden. The rules are very comprehensive for setting up your spaces just like you want them.
They provided no customer service when I had trouble with the system. Automatic reply said that they will come back after 1 hour, but they didn't.
The excellent support is probably the biggest reason why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skedda to others, and why I feel confident now sharing it with my colleagues.
What I dont like is because Skedda has made the room booking process so easy, some people abuse it by booking rooms but end up not using it. I find myself looking at empty "booked" rooms.
Brilliant, lovely customer service. AND a useful, practical product.
Using Skedda avoids human error in the booking process, and prevents double booking of a room.
Simple, easy and cost effective backed-up by excellent support and service.
It’s hard to make your own look and feel: not impossible to build a custom home page, but I don’t have the knowledge.
It's not over complicated, and is understandable at all levels. Clear UX and great integrations with Microsoft and Slack.
