It's early days but I can really see the value in Qualified. It allows us to track how our site performs and is interacted with and it surfaces the most relevant leads on our site. It also allows us to proactively tackle a lot of different personas and experiences that we want to offer on our site.
Qualified appears to be an incredibly powerful tool. It allows our salespeople to jump in when key accounts visit our site and it integrates well with our ABM, CRM, and Sales data. We can also design a lot of chat experience and data handling workflows to try and generate more business or at least orchestrate smarter marketing plays.Their implementation process is also very thorough, professional, and friendly.
It can be a bit overwhelming because of all of the options in front of you. And because of that, getting started can require a bedding in period where you need to learn to establish processes and avoid common mistakes.

Qualified chatbot is all about speed to lead, our BDA can have relevant conversations and set up relevant meetings, the visitors bypass the forms and can reach out a live person to answer their questions about the help they need with projects.
Dedicated customer success rep who helped us with the implementation and further in optimizing the bot. Support is more than excellent, really fast to chat and receive the help we need.
Admin features need to be improved, identify more of the unknown visitors (fix the integration with Zoominfo or other relevant databases), we'd love a better interface for experiences

The routing could be better also more integrations with more systems would be nice
