The system is great, I can see the reports that I need, also I can create my own templates.

I can type all the information that I need, it is easy to use, all the information posted by me can be used to making some reports. The information is always organized.

Pros

What I like the most about Zoho is the easy access I have to create tickets and how to find the information too.

Cons

Sometimes when I create a ticket, I can't put the email information because another agent already created it. and when I am typing the information it changes to the last information that put the other agent.

A functional CRM Software

all in all this software gets the job done at organising and integrating most functions needed to manage customers.

Pros

This is a pretty functional tool to get companies organized at a reasonable cost. it is also great solution that integrates all the necessary functions in your marketing process all in one place.

Cons

I guess I would say some task takes awhile to work out than others so you would find yourself having to solve some issues on Zoho than it making your life easier.

Being able to remote support an end user with just an email.

Pros

I love the reporting feature.

Cons

The end user still has to download an agent which has been challenging with some users but easier than the last company that I dealt with when there were so many options to choose when downloading their agent.

Branding, Pricing, and functionality.

Cons

The only thing I feel is missing from this software is that there is unattended access available but I never saw any options for like keeping tabs on the unattended machines like, ideally to have the ability to push updates to a group of machines or install or update specific software on a group of machines etc...

This allows me not only to have access to the client's computer, but also to explain my actions without using a third-party service, which is very convenient and saves a lot of time.

Cons

Too weak free version, you need to expand the possibilities. Does not provide recording. Yes, and there is a paid version is not very cheap. If you try, you can find more convenient analogs.

Works with different plataforms even with smartphones, can be integrated with Zoho Desk to provide support and ticket system.

Cons

Not as easy as leading remote softare to provide remote access, there is a customer plug-in but is optional and I believe shall be installe by default it will save a lot of time.
