I need to have multiple channels for my vacation rental listings that have less demand than my main listing which has a lot of demand, and therefore is in less need of listing on multiple channels.

Pretty complicated to connect The automation of the messages to the guests doesn't really work The reservation details are partially shown (number of guests, for instance)

I will see if it is beneficial for me to use Vrbo. The integration was super easy tho using Hostaway.

Rental software that is supposed to integrate both pricing and availability with Hostaway

Very difficult to use system. Guest through this platform are high maintenance.

This was a horrible integration as they could not verify me as a single owner LLC without more IRS docs that I would never have. I had to be indepentent and it still took them weeks to integrate me.

Stripe allows me to process payments through my own direct booking channel. I get the most amount of profit with bookings from my direct channel.

it should be more payment integration options and very importan to be added for different channels not only different listing.

Stripe allowed me to collect payments for direct bookings and some Online Travel Agencies

I use PriceLabs for dynamic pricing and revenue optimization. The integration with Hostaway ensures that rates update automatically across all connected channels, allowing me to maximize occupancy and revenue without constant manual adjustments.

I changed from hostaway dynamic pricing back to pricelabs as it allows for more customizations.

To get pricing close to what is the best price for that day and forecasted a year ahead.

The automatic price adjustment feature is nice to have but is not mission critical.

Pricelabs integrated for dynamic pricing to ease what I have to keep track of.

It has been tough trying to find a good cleaner that is priced right. But is helpful that it notifies them of bookings. I am aware Hostaway does this for any cleaner I hire directly.

Turno connected me directly to cleaners and because the calendars are all synced, it blocks time on the calendar automatically for quick turnover of the properties.

We are swapping to using hostaway for the cleaners also. But it is nice to be able to slow roll that transition out.

Our website is the representation of our business and our guests need to be able to book directly from there. Hostaway needs to be able to communicate and function seamlessly with our website, which so far it appears it does.

The Hostaway Booking Engine is terrible in it's limitations but better than other PMS platforms.
