We ended up disabling the integration because it sometimes created confusion when onboarding with the person already being in the system but with incorrect hire date (not actual contracted hire date but the date it moved in to the system) requiring editing - it was just easier to enter new hires in ourselves manually and get it set up properly the first time.”
