It easy and for a company with different divisions and multiple buildings it solves the issue of having an actual punch clock in one area. everyone can clock in from their work station.

Buddy Punch is the BEST!

Excellent! The product works well on iPads and PCs. It seems to be very low maintenance and the staff are great to work with when I have questions.

Buddy Punch has been a super efficient business solution for our office.  It is very user friendly.  The integration with Quickbooks has streamlined our payroll which has been a huge plus.  Most importantly to me as the administrator who's been responsible for the complete set up and training of all staff- the Buddy Punch customer service team has been absolutely outstanding!

Great app, check in and out with accuracy, keep in contact with supervisors and can submit photos for proof of visit if not using GPS. 

Great time keeping app

Best system for business owners.

Thanks for the review Brittany, it is great to hear you're finding us easy to use.  It sounds like you're using our GPS and webcam image options.  The webcam image feature is enabled/disabled by the administrator of the account, so it is an optional feature.  The administrator can make it required on a per employee basis. Turns out its preetttyyy gooood. 

Was looking for an app that helped manage employee punching in/out for small businesses and did a bunch of trials before finding BuddyPunch. The other apps that I found were often not what I was looking for or did not have a focus on employee punch-in/outs. 

Found buddypunch and it does exactly what I need it to. The UI is very well designed, the administrator makes employee accounts and employees just go to the website, log in, and push the big green button. 

They then log in again to punch out but the big green button will be a big red button this time. 
Very simple, very easy, does employee punch-ins, does it well. Also got an IP-Lock feature so employees can only punch in on-site. 

There are some other features like wage calculations based on punch-in time, overtime stuff, and other things that I don't use but they seemed pretty useful if I ever choose to use them. 

How good is buddypunch?

Buddy Punch Tracks Hours At The Push Of A Button.

Kevin J.:                                              Hi, my name's Kevin, and I'm the general manager at a paper crafting company. We have about 40 employees here and we use the app Buddy Punch for time-card keeping, and I would rate it five stars.
                                                       Before Buddy Punch, we were using a program called Homebase. And Homebase really wasn't working well for us because all of the settings were global settings, so we couldn't do an individual setting for a user. So whatever setting we applied had to be applied to our whole group. So that really wasn't working well for us.
                                                       We decided to go with Buddy Punch for a couple of reasons. One was it was customizable on the user level. So we have different parts of our organization that require different modes and methods of timekeeping. Some of our folks are hourly, some are salary. So it allows us to change the settings on the individual user level, which is really great for us. The other reason that we went with it, we felt like it was affordable. It's a flexible solution. We pay by the user, so we felt like it could grow with us as a company. And overall it's just easy to use and pretty simple for my managers to use, and that's why we like it.
                                                       Getting started with Buddy Punch was super easy. I really didn't even need to use any of the help that they provided for us. It was pretty straightforward to walk through. You can either upload things as a batch or you can do it individually. So we found it super easy to get on board with Buddy Punch.
                                                       I would say if you're looking for a really flexible timekeeping solution to track your hours, your PTO, company calendars, block out dates, things like that, Buddy Punch is a great solution. We're a growing company and we needed something that could grow with us and that was flexible, so I would recommend it if you have any of those needs.

                                                       Before Buddy Punch, we were using other time clocking softwares that just weren't accurate. It just didn't have the geotagging capabilities that Buddy Punch has. So definitely recommend Buddy Punch for jobs that require punching in and out at different facilities. It's definitely been helpful for us since implementing it.
                                                       Buddy Punch, it's affordable, that's one thing. The customer number service is awesome and there are just a lot of features, and it makes it easy to sync a lot of things with it. And it's not as trouble, problematic with other apps, definitely extremely user-friendly for sure.
                                                       Buddy Punch, it was easy to use right away from the get-go. Their customer service team is amazing, so they were able to get us started with it. But honestly, it can be something that you can do on your own. The customer service is just an extra luxury add-on that they're really good at what they do, but the app is really easy to use also, so it's very seamless.
                                                       If you're looking for an app that helps you clock in and clock out with multiple locations, tracking with geofencing, Buddy Punch is definitely something I recommend getting. Any advice, I would just say just get it, that's the only advice I can give you really. It's a really great app.
