Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector!
What I like most about Factorial is obviously how user friendly it is for our employees, our team managers and ourselves as administrators. This is not only useful for organising fair time off for holidays but it also allows team members to check in on who and when fellow colleagues are here - therefore helping them plan projects etc. The social side: making visible different events on the dashboard such as team outings, birthdays, events etc..
How we currently are using Factorial, all the features are apt for us.

for me it is a great HR Platform, because you can manage everything in one tool! even if you are from the HR Department, or an user (employee) that self manage their neccesities.
it's easy to use. to ask for a free day it's quick, because your manager receive an alert to be approved or denied, you can control the schedules of all the employees, vacations, the exact hours an employee has worked. Also, all the information of all the employees in one hand.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance. In my case, I had to set a daily alarm to remember to fill it.

It's a free software so I guess it does just enough for companies that can't afford a more robust solution. That said, I don't think there's anything better for free.
Being able to easily upload pay stubs, work and birthday anniversary notifications on the feed. Ability to set up different time-off types.
- impossible to integrate with other apps. - reports are very very limited, which makes the process of salary reviews or any other kind of review very difficult and impractical. - impossible to pull historical reports - impossible to customise reports - managers can't easily see their direct reports unless you set up teams - the process of terminating an employee and "re-hiring" them in the future is clunky (tenure adds up and vacation time accrues)

A lot of features and options for HR management.
Factorial has a lot of features and options, however it is very hard to use and implement. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered: they simply do not reply to anything. It was very hard to schedule a meeting with their sales team in order to get a proposal to start working with them. That was almost 3 months ago and I still did not receive the proposal. Also, they have good features, but it is hard to implement and start working, and since customer service is so bad, I'm not even sure how we'd set them up.

GREAT! You need to improve customer services / services desk sometime tickets get loss.
the UX/ UI, how easy is to start with setting and documents to be uploaded.
When a release is done, we experience several bugs and then we need to figure our what happens. Time tracking, we can't add different work schedules, besides 40-20 hours, e.g. we don't have m-t full day and Friday half day. Signature process som time is quite complicated, I know all this things are a work in progress, and so far I really like / love your solution!

I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
All in one HR software, covering everything we need to manage our HR process. Easy time clock and time tracking, PTO, evaluation performance, documents, and digital signature.
It's easy to use and intuitive. Had to contact support to integrate with other APIs, but they were really helpful.

- It's really great place to engage with all employee plus to manage their track records & attendance. We can easily apply for leave application without writing big emails. - you can have working schedules & employee profiles up to date - you can manage payroll & holiday calendar + really useful place for survey

I like Factorial as it's a very simple and intuitive software. From the employee perspective, I think it's pretty valuable because all the documents are arranged in an orderly manner, and it's possible to upload files both from laptop and mobile devices. The dashboard gathers all the relevant information in one place so it's super easy to stay up to date with the events of the company.
I haven't tried yet the integration with LinkedIn because Factorial is currently working to release an update, and I am really curious to examine this aspect (as a marketing executive, it's important to me that I can link the two platforms in order to enhance employee engagement)

I wouldn't personally recommend but it may have improved. I wouldn't want to pay for the product.
Cheap and very budget-friendly. ok for small headcount
I used the free version before they charged for the service. It was developed outside the UK (spain) so some parts weren't translated well. It wasn't able to handle shifts and varying patterns and was very basic.

Factorial nos ha ayudado a actualizar lo que veníamos usando a día de hoy. Me da la sensación que el creador o creadores de este aplicativo, han debido de sufrir las problemáticas que surgen en los departamentos de recursos humanos. La subida en masa de archivos, con detección de nombres, me parece increíble.
La facilidad de configuración de las vacaciones según donde estén ubicadas las oficinas y lo intuitiva que es. También que disponga de un muro con la información de los cumpleaños, ausencias y eventos.
Nos falta que sea una aplicación responisve. También interesaría poder crear carpetas con acceso a según que usuarios y lo mejor sería poder conocer fácilmente (desde el muro o la pestaña empleados) que compañeros tienen activado el reloj en ese momento. (con un círculo verde alrededor o la foto de perfil iluminada ...) Como nuestra empresa aplica al 100% el teletrabajo y horario flexible, esta función, ayudaría a los trabajadores a conocer si están activos sus otros compañeros.

La facilidad de uso y que resuelve los problemas de una forma muy efectiva
El mínimo de usuario es 10, por lo que si lo usas para 4 personas, pagas lo mismo.

Sobre todo es un ahorro de tiempo y una optimización de los procesos. Por ejemplo con la firma de las nóminas, que nosotros necesitamos para la justificación de subvenciones, hemos ahorrado tiempo y recursos. También con la firma de los contratos, el que una persona pueda rellenar sus propios datos al incorporarse o al cambiar los datos, también hace que se produzcan menos errores.
Lo mejor es lo intuitivo que es la herramienta. Ha sido muy bien aceptada por todas las colaboradoras y estamos viendo que es un gran ahorro de tiempo en los procesos y en la gestión administrativa de los recursos humanos, que al ser una fundación en crecimiento, cada vez se complicaba más
De momento no echo nada en falta, cubre todas nuestras expectativas de sobra. Y todos nuestros procesos relacionados con los recursos humanos están integrados en la herramienta.

Nuestra empresa había crecido y cuando tuvimos nuestros primeros conflictos de coordinación de vacaciones este verano, decidimos ponerle solución. Buscamos con apps de Microsoft, intentamos solucionarlo con PowerAutomate, buscamos por la red desesperadamente. Queríamos jubilar al Excel. Y por fin topamos con Factorial. Fue gracias a su ampliación de capital que nos enteramos de su existencia y pensamos...
Tiene varias funcionalidades realmente muy bien programadas: gestión de vacaciones, gestión de permisos, subida de ficheros (alucinante la división automática de pdf de nóminas por ejemplo), gestión de firma de documentos, flexibilidad de definir equipos (permite incorporar una estructura matricial), la app móvil, el onbording y la rapidez de respuesta del equipo de atención al cliente, la transparencia sobre qué se está desarrollando. Este programa lo han creado personas que saben de qué va y de qué se sufre gestionando rrhh. Además, es muy estable. Es webapp 100% y se recibe puntualmente alertas de cambios realizados.
El gráfico de vacaciones, aunque perfectamente filtrable, tiene un aspecto poco atractivo y en mi opinión no hace justicia a la magnifica programación de Factorial. Echo en falta también una solución tipo In/Out de Simple Made Apps, dónde se pueda ver fácilmente quién está y quién no.

Estamos muy satisfechos con la solución, gusta por igual a gestores como a usuarios, en ambos lados los procesos son muy sencillos y transparentes.
La complicada gestión de ausencias, turnos, vacaciones, calendarios se convierten en procesos muy sencillos, tanto para el departamento de RRHH, responsables de departamento y los propios trabajadores. Gestión siempre simple y adaptable a la forma de trabajar de la empresa. La gestión de múltiples oficinas con distintos calendarios es sencillísima. Con muy poco esfuerzo de configuración la solución es operativa de forma casi inmediata.
Con el tiempo se han ido añadiendo funcionalidades para permitir una mayor granularidad en las ausencias, no siempre nos sirve un dia entero o medio dia, puede interesar gestionar por horas. También nos hemos encontrado con la necesidad de crear permisos de paternidad/maternidad que se disfrutan a media jornada, no hay una forma de crearlos en bloque, así que acabamos marcando como ausencia a día completo. Sería también interesante poder mostrar las solicitudes no aprobadas en el calendario de grupo de cara a poder coordinar peticiones de vacaciones en un equipo donde es necesario evitar que se solapen. Acabamos haciendo la gestión de no concurrencia de forma "manual" previamente fuera de la aplicación.

Al ser una micropyme y no tener personal de administración como tal, me ayuda a tener mejor controlada toda la parte de recursos humanos y perder menos tiempo en esta gestión interna. Seguro que en el futuro podré ampliar a otros servicios que ahora tengo externalizados (como la elaboración de nóminas).
Considero que es una aplicación perfecta para la gestión de todo lo relacionado con Recursos Humanos. En mi caso, de una micropyme, es intuitiva para configurarla de forma autónoma y empezar a usarla incluso sin la consulta de los manuales online.
No he usado tanto la aplicaciónpara valorar si faltan funcionalidades. Lo que sí creo que podría mejorar es el proceso de suscripción una vez finalizado el periodo de prueba. Clicaba en un botón de la parte superior para suscribirme a algún Plan y me indicaba un mensaje que se pondrían en contacto conmigo y no fue así. Realmente yo no necesitaba ese contacto, sino que me dejase darme de alta directamente...

Muy buena, lo llevamos usando años y tanto en la dirección como en el equipo están muy contentos, sobre todo en la contabilización de los días de vacaciones.
En Lola Market lo usamos para gestionar el calendario de vacaciones, para eso es perfecto! para el tracking del control horario y usarlo como sistema de performance reviews le queda trabajo por delante.
El tracking del control horario, se hace muy tosco tener que hacerlo día a día. Igual algún tipo de extensión para Sack o de navegador que te recuerde hacer el checkin en lugar de hacerlo entrando a la plataforma mejoraría el uso.

Sono molto soddisfatta di questi primi mesi, la qualità del mio lavoro sta nettamente migliorando e riesco ad avere un approccio più ordinato e data driven. Il vero valore aggiunto è stata la mia referente [CONTENUTO SENSIBILE] che mi ha insegnato a utilizzare il software e ad apprezzarlo fino in fondo, trasmettendomi la sua passione. [CONTENUTO SENSIBILE] si è dimostrata sempre molto attenta e comprensiva delle nostre necessità e molto smart nel trovare sempre una soluzione
Factorial è un software facile, altamente personalizzabile e completo. Permette una gestione a 360 gradi di quelle che sono le attività standard nella gestione del personale ma credo che il vero valore aggiunto sia dato dalla possibilità di iniziare a costruire una reale Experience per prendersi cura dei propri dipendenti.
Difficile rispondere, abbiamo sempre trovato, insieme alla mia referente, un modo per realizzare le nostre necessità.

To be honest, they have improved a lot since the last time I used the platform. Probably the part I liked the most was the Employee profile
The platform was not very estable when you have too many employees on it. But I used few years ago, I am sure that they have fixed a lot of the old issues

It looked and felt good overall. The user experience was ok and things were easy to find.
I really dislike the holiday view, specially in big companies. I much prefer BambooHR's calendar view with people's names on it.

This software is easy to get started and is great for getting teams organized.
This software is great for getting HR setup and organized. It is easy to use and covers all of the basics and then some.
The one thing I would have liked is a page for Notes or personal remarks. Also a portion for performance reviews and/or appraisals.
