My overall experience with Workable has been great. It's easy to use and has a lot of amazing functions to help with our recruiting process.
I don't like how it seems so easy to accidentally bulk email the wrong candidates, or email a candidate when you intended to leave an internal note.
It was easy to understand, has many useful features, super simple to integrate, fast to implement and is very cost effective.
Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence, no more after more usage.
Workable customer service is very prompt and polite, and always resolve our questions and inquiries quickly and with great advice and support.
Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
I totally recommend this platform to anyone (from small teams to large companies) looking for a sophisticated hiring platform at great value for money.
I dislike how, even after many years of using the tool, I still don't know how to log in from the website, I can only reach it from a link in my email.
My overall with workable very impressed with the overall design and seamless process to hire.

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.
We have become very dependent on this, the mobile app and the website are both great benefits to our employees.
BambooHR is incredibly user friendly, super easy to set up and navigate and easily customizable - for FREE.
It is an amazing experience and i am felling good with using it everyday.
The look and feel of the software. Great organization charts with clear view to all people in the company with employee pictures, (which are extremely helpful for new staff).
So I highly appreciate it whenever a service focuses on simplicity and a great user experience.
For organisations implementing their first HRIS this is one of the best choices in terms of cost, ease of implementation and customer support.
Having used it from the user side the software has an easy to use and beautiful interface.
Easy to integrate with other ATS & Payroll tools. Employee asset management is also fairly decent and does the job.

It has been a really good experience, and the candidates also like the way the platform helps the process, besides that, the customer support it's really fast and friendly.
Fraud, bordering on criminal- Don't use Greenhouse.
It is good, the product integrates well with other solution sets that help to enhance functionality a little bit more. The are products out there that can help on Campus and Scheduling interviews.
The UI is a little bit complicated. Sometimes I'm getting lost when I try to find someone I have interviewed a while ago.
Overall amazing experience and highly recommend for any organization that has an active recruiting department.
What's most lacking about GH is the inability to view all candidates in a pipeline in one page/snapshot.
Overall our company experience with Greenhouse has been great and we love that we can even rate applicants based on how well of a candidate they seem to be.
Clunky and confusing when dealing with large volumes of applicants.
They were transparent with pricing, worked within my expectations and timelines and did a great job helping me through the implementation process.
Overall, my experience was great and I enjoyed working with Greenhouse. It"s simple and easy to use.
It is a great value for startups. It helps companies keep everything organized and everyone on the same page.
Love the chat system with customer support. Love the integration with LinkedIn, Entelo, etc.

The overall experience is very good and would be recommending it highly those who really want that their hardwork is saved and they have a good database after working for some time on ceipal.
Lagging Issues and sometimes does not work properly and read codes.
I personally recommend everyone to get this great experience. It is worth it and gives the best value for your money.
Needs functionality on the display of results with filtering options, Lack of performance management module in workforce is a big disadvantage.
Great customer service and very fast at helping solve any issue. Great source to find candidates.
Where to begin...this is the most convoluted platform I have ever seen, no exaggeration.
The team has excellent domain knowledge which is helping in providing relevant standard reports required for the recruitment industry. The Best integrated tool, that I came across in the recent past.
Sometimes it is difficult to search a resume. User Interface is not modern.
I like the reports and functions they way it has been designed. More over it is user friendly and customer support is awesome.
Easy to Use; Amazing customer Service; Very economical; You can print reports in a Jiffy; Recommend this software to everyone I speak with.

I am able to get profiles that i use seek, for so many different technologies. Auto migration has the great benefit of making our own data base.
It auto migrate the profile and very helpful in making database. The interface also looks good.

Ease of use, saves time in various ways. Makes recruiter life easy by saving time in scheduling interviews, database building, reporting etc.
Of the 5 software products we reviewed in our selection process they had the most nimble product. Sales process was amazing, however the challenges begin when you are handed over to their onboarding.
The product had some rough edges here and there in 2018 but now it’s a bug free easy to use ATS.
My daily recruitment activities are done with ease, I used to maintain separate excel sheets for tracking candidates, their interview scheduling, timesheets, etc.
