Support is excellent, integrations is good with Pipedrive. Customer support is very responsive.

But Even I cancelled my account, they did not remove my credit cards and charged me. This is against all privacy law (GDPR, PDPA....) We will make a complaint to the authorities.

Great little tool for sales calls

Tanya:                                                 Hi, this is Tanya. I am a Salesperson and I've been using HubSpot for a little bit. I give it a four rating. And for more reviews like this, look below.
                                                       So before using HubSpot, I was using Zen Sell, which I really like. It's a good platform, but it's often more than what you need, and it is quite pricey.
                                                       I really like HubSpot, as far as setting up templates, it has a lot of drop-and-drag options. And then I like the framework where you've got the person you're working with on the left hand side, and then what you're doing over here on the right hand side, instead of one on top of the other.
                                                       HubSpot was really easy to onboard and integrate. In fact, it links perfectly well with Calendly, so I know who's coming up. And then it'll drag that information... You could pick the field, it'll drag that information into HubSpot. You do need some kind of software to interlink it, but that's pretty simple to find. So once you interlink that, for free, then all your information's right there, you're not retyping one to the other.
                                                       So what I really like is HubSpot has a completely free option. So it is always free. You can use it for lifetime with this free option. There are some things you're going to want later, but the free option at least gets you started, especially if you haven't run a CRM before, it can be a little bit confusing. And there's some good YouTube videos that HubSpot puts out about how to set it up. So I would say you could have it set up in less than 15 minutes, and just see how a CRM is going to work for you. Because in sales, the biggest thing is, how do I track and how do I call people back?

Before I used CallHippo, I was using a hodge podge between Google Voice, Google Docs, some other just things that I stuck together. It was really hard to keep track of calls and I didn't have international calling.
                                                       My company chose CallHippo because we do international markets in Australia, the UK, sometimes even further in central Europe so we needed a way to do international markets and we needed a way to track calls and to use SMS. Getting started with CallHippo, I love the hippo. He's great, he makes me laugh and that always put a smile on my face, but getting started with CallHippo was a little difficult. There were several steps to getting started that were not intuitive and then it doesn't always match names to phone numbers in a way that makes sense.
                                                       My recommendation for getting CallHippo is it works. It does what you want it to do. It is very cost effective but it is not necessarily intuitive in organizing your clients. If you have another database call center, CallHippo will blend beautifully. If you need to set up a call center or a database together, you might choose a different product.
