Also it has a mobile app that can be used to simply join meeting very efficiently if you are not At your desk

Cons

Chat feature needs to be more prominent and save the chat history to access after the meeting which is lost as of today.

No quality issues but the User interface needs an overhaul

Good call quality, ability to use Computer audio, share screen, chat with people on the call, just the basics.

Cons

User interface is not very intuitive (including the Chat feature). They need to overhaul the UI and modernize the controls.

Private chat is one of the best part. Recording quality is also good.

Cons

It is not much friendly on mobile platform. Recordings need to be viewed from its network player only or convert them later.

I like all of the features it comes with, you can share each others screens, power points/videos, or just hold conference calls. you can mute yourself right from the computer, video chat, so many options.

Can you please make all meetings/calls/etc. accessible from apple devices.

Never have any connectivity issues Screen always refreshes at a good rate Ability to control who has access for recording of webexes

Cons

You have to log in to be able to share your webex link, unless you have it written down somewhere and you can copy and paste, or rely on people bookmarking

Cisco WebEX made the work from home easier. No meetings at my work without WebEX.

Pros

Best Virtual meeting software with almost all the features - Sharing, video call, Chatting, Share files and most importantly MUTE which helps from annoying backgrounds when participants are from various places.

Cons

Need more upgrades to the Mobile setups to share the browser and easy connect.

Simple interface, all required conferencing controls, clients which are set up fast and easy, global coverage of the service and personal meeting rooms as an option for ad-hock meetings.

Pros

Stability of Webex, quality of call/voice, cross platform support, feature set.

Cons

Sometime we had issues reported by the customer, that they were not able to connect to a conference call via computer (grayed out option)

So far pretty good, the mobile app is one I use most and saves me a ton of time.

Pros

Webapp is convenient for Conference calls, got easy options to share to screen and chat during meetings

Cons

Somethings the app gets stuck. Mostly when you try to launch it via Chrome Plugin

It is very easy to use and have great versatile features because here we can make international calls with audio and video calls and video conferences. it is the most convenient tool for sending instant messages and also have video calls and conferences.

Cons

The one thing that I don't like about this software is that video calls and conferences are disconnected and our camera would be shut off without any problem.
