Overall, very good. Our porting team was very good, but the process of porting is very difficult compared to porting into other systems.

Nextiva Review

Set up and deployment was very difficult at first. Had trouble porting numbers from our previous provider and provisioning our existing phones. Tech support is very knowledgeable and able to remote into my computer to assist with set up. Now that we are up and running I believe I will be very satisfied with the system. 

Nextiva makes it easy to manage seven business call flows.

0/10 when it comes to their customer service. Sketchy sales practices at best, account managers while nice tow the company line and will only offer solutions that cost you.
7/10 for the product/software--we are finding glitches within our call flows when working with tech support more often than not our call flows are interrupted due to internal updates on their side of things to the software causing our phone system to go down therefore costing us business.

Nextiva is Great VoIP Solution for your Business

Sully:                                                 Hi, my name's Sully and my rating for Nextiva is a three. We're a web development company with seven people worldwide, four in the US. We used Nextiva up until about a year ago when we moved offices, and the new office required a different telephone company, but we were using them for VoIP services. The pricing was competitive with every major carrier, so I did like that. Nextiva's interface, and I believe that they have updated it since, but at the time, was very, very clunky and difficult to do. I really needed their support in setting up our auto attendance and hunt groups, and it was not possible, for instance, to manage the busy lamp fields on the phones at all with their system, you had to use the manufacturer's interface, and really the support for that interface wasn't very good. Like I said, I understand about a month and a half after I left that they switched that interface, I haven't seen the new one, but if it's anything like the old one, the old one was awful.

                                                       Prior to using FAX.PLUS, I used a number of different free trial softwares, where 1-800-FAX, where you could send faxes. And I wasn't pleased with them because I would always get spam. So I wanted to find an online solution, because who really has a landline phone to get a fax these days? So I use other methods.
                                                       I chose FAX.PLUS ultimately as my solution because it gave me a great, cost-effective way to have a fax machine without having an actual fax machine. It also let me choose my phone number, which was very convenient because I could match it to the area code of my business. And I have great ability to send faxes, receive them digitally without having to leave my computer or do a whole lot of working with paper. I can scan directly from my system and not have to fuss over sending a fax.
                                                       Since FAX.PLUS is an online platform, the integration was absolutely phenomenal. It was very easy to incorporate. It also has an app. So I have access to it on my phone as well as on my computers. And so whenever I'm working with it, it just flows very seamlessly. I can pull from my Dropbox. I can pull from my Google. I can pull from anywhere and send a fax and receive one right on my mobile device or on my laptop.
                                                       If you're looking for a easy solution, a cost-effective solution for having a fax machine you would think that they were outdated, but they're not. Especially when you have to send sensitive documents, fax is still the way to go. So I would highly recommend or suggest that you look at FAX.PLUS, because they have a great number of tools, ease of access, and they have an app to match.
