If you don't have enough messages in your bank, it is easy to purchase the additional ones needed to send those all out.

Pros

Each time we send out more texts, we can see previous campaigns and even re-send as we choose. Notifications when people text us come to our email so we don't have to log in constantly and check.

Cons

You have to use something else (email, call, etc) and inform them to sign up again.

Cons

The inability to add phone numbers manually, inability to schedule repeating outgoing text messages. My only use for textedly is to send the same message at the same time every week.

Pros

All who subscribe report receiving texts regularly.

Cons

Editing an existing subscriber is impossible. You have to delete and re-add. It's not intuitive that this is the case, either.

Pros

I like the ease and the ability to monitor the number of messages used.

Cons

Several times when attempting to schedule the system will stall and need to try several times. Otherwise there isn't much we don't like about the system. We do wish the customer service had long hours of operation.

Pros

Ease of use is what I love the best. I have too much to do to learn something else. Textedly, I was able to figure out how to use it on my own. I still took a webinar and learned even more simply things that made my experience better.

Cons

Hmm, if you can call this a con, I thought it was free if you stayed on the minimum plan but that was only because I misread the info on intro 14 day free special.

I get my messages out to the students!

Pros

I like that the dashboard is so easy to understand.

Cons

They should let customers know exactly what time their texts will be replenished for the month. I found out it was at midnight on the day they listed, whereas I had been thinking I would have my renewed texts on midnight the date listed. Basically felt misled by 24hours.

Love this software! Very easy to use!

Saving time on calling clients for their spa appointments. I just set up a reminder text to be sent when they schedule their appt and never have to worry about it again.

Pros

I also love the notifications feature when customers reply back to my texts.

Cons

However, they are in order when you create a new message and add a subscriber.

My customers are able to see where we are located and how to make purchases easier.

Pros

However it has been really great and people have enjoy receiving the messages and knowing how to make purchases from us.

Cons

I do not like it when my customers are not allowed to sign up for the text messaging because they have a signature line on their phone.

Pros

This software is something you can learn and begin using in 5 minutes. The service is there if you want it too. I was up and going almost immediately. It's a great value for the cost compared to other services doing the exact same thing.

Doesn't integrate various platforms such as email or FB, Instagram.
