AlertOps is a cloud-based incident management solution which helps NOC, ITOps, and DevOps teams collaborate and automate responses to critical business issues in real-time. It enables users to set-up various escalation and routing methods to facilitate the management of triggers across organizations.
Key features of AlertOps include on-call schedules, reporting, live call routing, alert aggregation, team management, real-time collaboration and mobile incident management. The tool allows users to create custom workflows for sending alerts to stakeholders and lets ticketing software automate callbacks, close/open tickets, and fetch data from other integrated systems. It also enables users to integrate their platform through Web API or email and send notifications from monitoring tools to all concerned groups.
AlertOps, built on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, provides a role-based security module which enables users to define user roles and maintain a secure work environment as required by businesses. Its Live Call Routing system allows users to route calls to multiple teams in real time and track every call interaction.
AlertOps facilitates two-way integration with several in-house and third-party softwares such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and more. It also provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, which allows users to respond quickly to critical incidents anywhere, anytime.
