Easy installation/interface with Google, easy to understand metrics, ability to cut data based on KPIs.

Cons

Dashboard can be cumbersome for national campaigns - data files work better in this case.

Overall experience was fine. Customer service was great but the software was not strong.

Pros

Ease of populating campaign report.

Cons

I often experienced issues with getting client's onboarded. Campaign reports were stagnant and weren't able to change the analytics to meet daily/weekly/monthly report needs.

All my clients appreciated how detail oriented, straight forward and easy to understand the reporting was.

Orders and activity go directly to the website.

Pros

The integration tools and API access allows us to fully integrate with our own platform.

Cons

Screenshots are available and integration with out own reporting via API or exports is possible, but a few standard reports would be helpful.

Great Multi-Channel Analytics

Pros

I like the ability to track the interplay of marketing channels and to examine the impact of channels on different methods of attribution.

Cons

I would have hoped that it could have automated more of the categorization of touchpoints based on Google Analytics, but the setup for this section didn't take very long, and it was good to eyeball these sources.

Pros

Not only are the insights they provide incredibly valuable, the dashboard made sense and I was able to view the necessary metrics with very little guidance.

Cons

The only feature I asked about was more insight into keyword level data for the search insights. But that might also be getting into "a completely different product" category.

It's likely this would have to be through the development of a custom API to our management software becasue the current process isn't scalable and very time consuming.

Pros

The ability to pull in data from multiple sources via an API is valuable.

Cons

For our industry, self storage, we need to be able to attribute actual physical move-ins to our facilities to various online marketing campaigns and the process of uploading our move-in and lead data into the platform is very clunky and difficult to implement.

Being able to pull the analytics and share them with a client has not only made renewals easier, it has also aided with getting a lift in spend.

Cons

The only recommendation I would have is better training on how to position the analytics for less experienced / knowledgable reps.

Best for low frequency campaigns to see actual attribution.

Pros

Once you figure out how to navigate through the program, it is great to be able to see results around so many different variables.

Cons

Doing campaigns with a lot of markets can be very time consuming to set up and then loading accounts and reports (especially aggregate reports) can take a long time to load up.

We are the only media company they use that has this ability and it gives them confidence as to where they spend funds.

Pros

Leads RX Attribution tool has successfully tracked and shown the positives and negatives of a radio and digital campaign. The tool helps to learn where to tweak company spending and has enabled us to be considered for additional leg of the campaign.

Cons

After a few clients or campaigns have been added, I am gaining confidence in how to best set up and ease of use.

Even if we're still not at 100% where we want, it still a great product to you start with tracking. The best differential is their customer support.

Pros

It gives a great overview of your conversions, ROI and general analytics. It's way easier to set it up in comparison to Google Analytics.

Great tech, and a great team

The team was awesome working through integration difficulties.

Pros

The dashboard, the tracking, the ability to adjust attribution models, see returns, and plan for the future.

Cons

With one client in particular we could never make the Salesforce integration work properly. (7% of this is due to the clients SF setup, and not LeadsRX.

Many of our clients have decided to purchase the full product to better manage features other than podcast and radio to have a more comprehensive approach of their marketing mix.

Pros

Clients don't accept the data which only reflects badly on our campaigns. With LeadRX we have a compass to know which direction a campaign is going and get it back on course when necessary.

Cons

They are constantly updating and adding new features so sometimes it difficult to keep up with new features.

Pros

I like that I can see where my traffic is coming from in a very simplistic and straightforward way. The interface is clean and simple to understand.

Cons

My overall experience with LeadsRx is extremely positive. The software solution itself is easily one of the best in class and the support team is friendly, persistent, and approaches every call and email with a "can do", service-based attitude.

Pros

The UX on the website is fluid and makes it easy enough for sales people and non-analytics professionals to navigate, read and interpret the data.

Cons

If I had to choose a category for improvement, I would say some of the data visualizations in the exports could be revised to have greater impact.

I loved the ease of this program- setting it up for clients, the easy ability to read/decipher information!
