CWM reports is not a strength, while BG has it's limitations too, like data size and frequency, it's still necessary to really be able to understand what's going in.

If you are wanting nice dashboard with great metrics, this is the tool to use

RMM is our monitoring Software and creates support tickets through ConnectWise manage. It's crucial they talk flawlessly.

Know what asset is attached to what user and being able to hop directly into a device from PSA is useful.

Important that documentation is available through the course of working a ticket, there are limitations here but that's as much on IT Glue and CW.

Connectwise does have a great feature for configurations but connecting those configurations with ITGlue makes documentation much more powerful.
