QBO integration is important because it streamlines our financial processes by syncing invoices, payments, and expenses into our accounting system. This reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and ensures our financial records always up to date.

This feature was turned off because it treats Quickbooks as a master record for quotes and overrides FieldPulse. I looked SO BAD to customers for MONTHS - I spend HOURS on every quote to make it beautiful and what I sent would always get overridden

Helps keep bookkeeping records straight. The only issue is that everytime a new customer is put into field pulse you have to go unassign them from your employees in quickbooks as it is auto assigned to all employees and makes them choose a customer

You're an FSM, not an ERP, so you HAVE to play nice with accounting software. QBO sucks rocks and your refusal to support other platforms is frankly suicidal.

I used some platforms that this integration is poor. Records get missed but this communicates both ways. A change in quickbooks pushes back to FieldPulse.

This again allows us to streamline process and saves time for things that require management attention to grow our business.

We have mutiple entities using FP. When we attempted integration it broke a lot of things and we disconnected this quickly.

It is necessary to match the estimates with the services being provided so that inventory can be maintained.

This streamlines operations so we can run out business smoothly from field to office and vice versa.

With FieldPulse and QuickBooks says the only two programs I need to run a successful business

Sometimes the syncing takes longer but most of the time its accurate and works well.

Accounting and keep track of expenses is essential to the success of any business.

Though it seems to be working well now, getting the sync to work was difficult.

So I added this as a product we integrated with FP, but we really didn't because we could never get it to work. This was a black eye for FP. We just double enter everything. This may sound bad, but it is a GAPP approach and helps head off mistakes.

Invoicing generated in Fieldpulse syncs into QB for accounting purposes. It doesn't always sync for unknown reasons or adjustments made behind the scenes in FP. VERY ANNOYING!!

We have all of our previous records on QuickBooks so the fact that we can sync customers info onto FieldPulse made the switching process much easier!

It was more high at the time but we don’t sync anymore because its easier to book keep without doing that.

All of our accounting and payroll is through Quickbooks, so seamless integration is crucial.

Quickbooks gives an illustration of our company's status in regard to growth and health.

We use this for all of our GPS field tracking. The worst part is the lack of access to video recording - I can't get volume on any of the recordings, and the fact that it has to be paid for to pull a video is crazy. Old product was much better.

It is okay for the way we have been doing payroll, but really it is not essential and the jobs do not connect to the system. Their breadcrumbs are too detailed - program is okay, but do not love it.

Easy to get Scheduled reports of alerts detected (speeding, check engine light) and maintenance reminders (oil change after X miles)
