Sizzly A.: Hi, I'm Sizzly, I'm a licensed midwife in a healthcare industry, and I give Genbook a five out of five star. I did go through a lot of softwares to see which one suited my business better. And, I did use acute schedule, team schedule, and even Google, and it didn't fit for my scheduling online needs, and it wasn't easy to use for my clients. I chose Genbook for a lot of reasons. One being the easiest software to book online for my clients. Second, the easy access that I have on scheduling on my iPhone or my laptop on the go. And, also the price point fit very perfectly for my company. I've been with Genbook now for 10 years and I've grown with them and all the features that it has, has even made my company better for it. When I switched to Genbook, it was super easy to switch, easy to export, import information, and it was literally one download, one upload, and I was ready to use it. I recommend this product because it's very easy to use and has a lot of versatilities to reschedule. And also, being a brand new business owner like I was 10 years ago, and you're the only person running the company, you could put it on your website or just send someone a link to the scheduling site, so they can book it themselves so they can see your schedule and their schedule at the same time, and that way it works both ways for your client as well as yourself.

Guarav: Hello everybody. My name is Guarav. I'm a program director and assistant professor in the education industry, and I give Genbook a four out of five. Before I got on to Genbook, I was scrambling about my options. It was a pain to manage my calendars and my appointments. I was definitely looking for something which could automatically manage my schedule. Calendly was one of the options, but then Genbook came along the way, and I just went with it. With Genbook, It's very easy for me to share the URL through which somebody can book an appointment with me. It's easy for people to get reminders. It's easy for me to get a reminder when somebody books an appointment. And the best thing about Genbook, it synchronizes with my Outlook. I need something to manage my actual calendar, which is on Outlook and I needed something so that I can give it to the potential people I was meeting to have an understanding of my availability. Genbook provided me with the most fluid and flexible options in terms of setting it up. I mean, honestly, setting up Genbook was like one, two, three, and there we would go. In less than 15 minutes I had gen books set up for myself and I had published it on my website and people started booking appointments. Managing appointments is like the easiest thing I've done so far with my appointments and I love Genbook for that. It took me a few minutes to understand what the interface was. And within a few minutes, I had my appointment slot set up. I could very easily go and manage my availability so much so that I can have my long-term and short-term availability set up on Genbook within a few minutes. I can also set up my vacation. I can set up the times for the different days differently. I mean, in terms of managing your schedule, everything that you need was right there as an option. One of the great things about Genbook was that it was easy for me to add my team members as well. And now with one single link, anybody who wanted to meet me or my team could see our availability right then and there. One of the other good features about gen book is, is the integration with your calendar. I use Outlook and it was so easy for me to just synchronize my Outlook calendar with Genbook. That's important for me because Genbook doesn't take care of all my appointments that are happening at work. So I needed something which would speak into what my work calendar looks like and what my appointments are, and bring it together. And honestly, setting up Genbook doesn't require a lot of technical skills. It should take you hardly five or 10 minutes. And the Genbook support staff is right there. If you want to chat with them, or you want to watch some of their tutorials or videos, it's very easy. The bottom line is you will never get lost when it comes to setting up Genbook for your organization. Well, if you are contemplating using Genbook, what I would recommend is go with it. It has a free trial available and when I had to work at out of it for my organization, I just reached out to the support staff and they were able to tailor a plan that fit my needs. I was able to get some discounts, which Genbook in most of the cases has it going on throughout the year. So I would recommend this highly for your organization, because again, there are a lot of other options available in the market, but something that encapsulates all the different varieties of businesses and the needs that those businesses can have, I think Genbook stands out. Another thing with Jen book is I believe that they continuously look into these recommendations that you make. For example, I had an issue with syncing my Outlook calendar initially. And I made a recommendation. It was less than four weeks that they took that recommendation and they put it into their production requirement. I liked the way the support staff is right there to help you. And at the end of the day, I believe that good service is a differentiator in any market. And Genbook really does a lot. If I could go and recommend Genbook, just based on their service, it's a five on five. It is a great, great asset to your organization. And let me tell you, managing your appointments will never be a pain again. Try Genbook and know it for yourself.

My wife and I are solo practitioners in our chiropractic office. It was difficult keeping up with missed phone calls while we were checking our patients. Most patients were calling to schedule an appointment. This made it possible for them to do so, literally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We have night-shift nurses who are unable to call in during regular office hours. This software removes that barrier.
Genbook has simplified the process of scheduling our patients. We use this to schedule new and returning patients. Our patients love using it and frequently comment on the ease of scheduling and rescheduling their appointments.
As of now, there is not a way to automatically follow up with a patient who either did not show up for their appointment or has not been in the office for a while.

I like how it is very user friendly from a customer's perspective. Also, the company strives to improve its products and takes user's feedback into consideration. If I have any issues, customer service is very responsive and helpful!
I understand that this software isn't geared towards just medical, but having SOAP notes would be amazing.

I love that its easy for clients and some of how genbook integrates with google. I am often frustrated by downtime due to hardware issues and not being able to pull client lists with filters. If I didn’t have 1500 plus reviews with genbook, I’d probably switch to something more marketing friendly.
Ease of use for my clients. Not having to create a profile to book makes it easy and clients are more likely to book.
Complete lack of filters for clients. It’s a spreadsheet. I need a way to pull clients out via different filters and create lists to market to. I don’t understand why this hasn’t happened yet. I’ve been a genbook user since May 2009 and I have asked repeatedly with zero response.

I love Genbook and have been using it for 6 years until they sold out to BOOKSY
My favourite feature was that they automatically send out review requests to every client
I wish it was more suited for massage therapists. Had a place to add memberships and gift cards. Was able to write soap notes

Great experience with Genbook overall. As I mentioned, I loved how Genbook sent out automated emails to collect patient testimonials and published them to the landing page. Amazing for social proof and I had good feedback from patients that Genbook was easy to use.
I loved that Genbook sent out automated emails after a patient's appointment to collect a review, and then autopublished this to the the booking landing page for my clinic. Super effective!
It didn't connect to my EHR, but that was really okay for the time I was using it. It was still a software my patients found easy to use so I kept it for a long time.
