We use this tool to organize fitness and nutritional awareness event every week and this application makes it easy to alert the employees about the details and timing.
Team leads can easily schedule meetings, events and even fitness and other entertainment programs to keep employees engaged and content. This tool provides easy event scheduling and reminder option to ensure nobody misses out on the fun. The program offers one of the cheapest service in the market with plans starting from 20 dollars.
This application is designed primarily for running businesses rather than helping increasing engagement and activties. The inerface can be difficult to adjust intially because of over functionality. Activties are difficult to assign and require a lot of modifications. Pre-existing activties are limited.

Overall I am extremely disappointed with this product, especially as the trial version was completely different to the paid version I paid for. I only stuck with it due to cost and the fact I had already inconvenienced staff and clients to transferring across. Although the support team are quick with replies, they are unwilling to come to any agreements or answers when asked about the differences in the scheduling. They are extremely difficult to deal with, and when requesting a refund for the year of product I will no longer be using, I have been denied and ignored. Very unprofessional. If anyone is looking at using this app, my advice is don't bother, spend the extra cash on a good app.
It was cost effective. This is the only benefit to this second rate app.
The inability to change session times from hours to 45 mins, cheap looking interface, not user friendly at all. Lots of clients had issues using the app and saving information.
On mypthub V3, you can create a session for whatever duration that you would like, so it is no longer a default! Overall, I do love the app. The price is amazing, the capabilities and great, and the functionailit for myself and my clients are appreciated.
I love how easy it is to use this app. I love being able to bundle my documents, with payment, with interactive workout videos. I love the ability to set my calendar as well as personalize my own app.
My only irritance with the app is small the vidoes have to be to use, and how it makes it difficult to add your own videos to your packages. It also has to many hyperlinks. I understand that its trying to optimize my options. However, its making me feel like I am taking a quiz when i put together a workout or a meal plan.

powerful tool Since I've been using it for over a year, I'm confident that it makes my work easier. Like other programs, it has its flaws, but in my opinion, this one is the best. I've had to adjust and learn to navigate for a while. But in part, this is due to how comprehensive and feature-rich it is. So, looking at it from that angle, I don't mind and anticipate a learning curve. The other reason, as I have indicated, is that some features are not as user-friendly or intuitively built as they could be. Although I think changes are being made, I also think they could be made much more quickly in this day and age. Having said that, whenever I do get a chance to interact with customer service, they are usually fantastic.
The competition's highlights greatly outweigh it: Trainerize, NASM Edge, and so on. In contrast to the others, you may run your company entirely on this program without the need for further programming. For coaches who have the chance and motivation to work in one program, let alone five, this makes it simple. Their support system is fantastic. They have been incredibly friendly and quick to help, even with my often difficult problems. That is reason enough to choose them above other options.
The only issue I encountered with the software was the lack of Stripe in Oman. I had trouble connecting to a payment gateway.

My overall business relies on My PT Hub. That is how valuable an asset it is. With the addition of a few extra features, it could be perfect!
My favorite thing about the product is the ease of use for the client. The software looks very smart and has a lot of features. Being able to customize the app to suit your own branding is a big plus. I have trailed most of the competitors and this is the best by far as well as the cheapest. Win win!
There are a few areas I'd like to see improved in the software. I'd like more customization in the fields when programming. It's great being able to change sets and reps etc but I'd love to be able to add custom fields where I can add whatever metric I like. I often track RPE scale so having a section where the client can put in their RPE, for example, would be great. There are other things I track to so leaving extra sections as customizable would be great. Another massive feature for me would be an area for clients to fill in a check-in form. I know the software has forms but it would be great if the same form could be filled in numerous times with the data being stored. Having seperate check-in forms for each week just leaves the overall form list cluttered.

*Must Read* So when I started the free trial, you could chat with support on demand, they were extremely helpful when I had any questions. Then a deal popped up for only 20 dollars/month if you subscribe for 12 months, I went ahead and clicked it, since it was such a good deal. The second I sign up, I'm no longer able to chat with support on demand. Then 3 months later, my card starts getting charged...
The software was OK, I've been on a few different coaching platforms now and with this one has some useful features, the payment processing/breakdowns were nice (although that is really stripe) the messaging feature worked fine, and there were progress photos/graphs which not every platform I've tried has had. I also will say its a sleek looking platform.
- workout builder gave me a huge headache compared to other ones I've used - extremely difficult to upload exercises to exercise library, cannot be done from your phone, I had to upload all videos to YouTube first it was super time consuming - The programs feature is completely useless. You can't easily move stuff around in clients schedule, which is a must for many of my clients
I am sorry to hear this, Maya. Even once upgraded, you can get in touch with our support team via Email, Phone Call, Social media and even live chat directly on our website. When upgrading, you have a choice of monthly or annual pay monthly, the reason the annual pay monthly is cheaper is it due to it being a 12 month contract, we try to make this is clear as possible on our pricing page and also the upgrade page.

This has been my worst business decision ever. I switched from the expensive Virtuagym to the cheaper MyPTHub. MyPTHub has cost me way more time than using Virtuagym. The software is very slow. It takes forever to load! The calendar always jump up or down and when you filter on week/month/day, after you open an event, it switches back to the beginning of a month. Which irritates the hell out of me...
If you are a starter who wants to test their business, this is your software.

Their customer service is VERY quick and 99% effective. They will work with you to figure out your issue and I love that about their company. The features are AWESOME though they could use some improvements on functionality to improve the user experience. The features come often which is sometimes an issue when they haven't fixed other concerns but it's awesome to know they're keeping up with current needs in the fitness industry. I've used other training software and this is still my favorite!
The features far outweigh competition: Trainerize, NASM Edge, etc. Unlike the others, you can fully run your business from this one program without having to supplement with other software. This makes it easy for trainers who barely have time to work in one program, let alone 5. Their support team is AWESOME. Even with my most difficult of issues, they've been very happy and quick to help. That alone is worth choosing them over others.
The software is good. A few minor issues with the user experience on the trainer and client portals by having to do a LOT of clicking to get some simple tasks done but nothing too drastic to complain about. I have also had the issue with the app closing out on me and clients while recording workouts but not often. My issue, however, was that I've been a customer for a couple of years and renewal time was...interesting. In short, their upgrades aren't quite "add-ons" and instead create a brand new agreement at the current full rate, up front. I hope they find a way to make going from one tier to another a prorated "add-on" rather than a prorated "new agreement." For the time being, they did assist me with this process, though and I am happy with the outcome.

It allows those who didn't have access to me to now have my programs in their hands. Their workout and schedule platform and the way it's set to sell packages is amazing, as I've sold several programs through the app for online training. The video library and exercise descriptions are barnone above the rest.
With other software like Trainerize, which is lacking in features, as well as MindBody, which charges way too much for their price tiers [I'm a one man operation. Can't justify their prices which are tiered toward entire gyms with members. PtHub isn't perfect. The exercise library is redundant, but they do allow you the option to tweak to your needs. I've asked the last two years to implement a caloric...
Cons listed in the above section, but there are software glitches throughout the app from the trainer side. Clients' workouts just disappear after they log them. The app crashes randomly on their end.

Worst customer service EVER. I was never informed my subscription was set to renew after not using it for over 9 months. I went to cancel my subscription on my account, yet there is no way to cancel online. After filing a complaint and to cancel I was charged another yearly subscription. They refuse to refund my money. This company is a SCAM, do not sign up for any trials and don't waste your time trying to save money on a yearly subscription. It is absolute GARBAGE.
The template design of creating workouts made it fairly easy to build and make changes to programs. However you were limited with the parameters of the exercise. (Sets, reps, time, RPE ) anything off of that you would have to include in a separate note. This would not be good for a Powerlifting program, CrossFit, or any moderate to advanced functional training. Basic programming with basic features. If SIMPLE is what you're looking for, here it is.
Promoted all these features that are supposed to be included, but don't actually work. The hardware integration is a joke, does not sync and record anything. The client dashboard is garbage and includes the bare minimum of features. The videos are slow/ lag and looks cheap. Even if the company made updates to the software I was unaware of it. As a paying customer I was not even informed there was an upgrade. Not that it would have made much difference.
I am very sorry to see you did no like the mypthub software, we have created the workouts and every other area to make it easier for all users! I can see that you were on the older version of mypthub, we do now have a new version which was created over a 2 year period and is more expensive as it is a stronger product with 100's of new features. Allows you to realise the potential of 24/7 online coaching improving the experience that clients get from your services and also makes this more efficient. This in turn allows you to scale the business a lot better and also have more freedom with your own life in how you work
Very easy to use and cost effective especially as a sart-up business. Overall consensus amongst clients is that the Hub is easy to use and people feel it enhances their PT experience
Sometimes when you are trying to make multiple different programmes for clients, it can get clunky to manage in the dashboard and this is especially the case with the nutritional elements of the site. Potentially trying to incorporate a grouping system to put specific programmes into would be preferable to help with ease of use as more clients with differing goals get added to the software

I was in the search for a new app I could use to launch my online training business. Luckily I found My PT Hub! It has everything you could possibly need for an online training business (literally a hub) lol It is also extremely affordable compared to all the other companies currently on the market.
Getting used to the layout and how to use all the features were overwhelming at fist, but then I found the tutorial videos and it make everything significantly easier!

I do not usually do bad reviews, but the consumer needs to know the truth. I've been in the fitness industry since 1998 & watched it evolve. I'm testing out different affordable software that might be useful for me personally and my staff. This one is NOT! Customer service has no telephone and will only respond to emails. I was overcharged for something I did not intend to purchase (the scheduler)....

It’s allowed me to combine everything I need for my clients, but I found the issues that kept cropping up not worth it. As it was too glitchy

Too many exercise choices for the same exercise, and then lack of really basic exercises so customising your own takes forever and laborious. Easy to lose all your work if the cursor moves while you’re planning a workout

I'm able to scale my online training business with My PT Hub. I can handle a lot more clients than I would be able to take on if I was still using email and excel docs. Customer support gets back to me promptly whenever I have any questions. I do like My PT Hub overall, but wish the mobile app did everything that you can do on the web browser. Don't get me wrong, you can do a lot on the app, but there are a couple features that have yet to be added. I don't expect to wait long though, they roll out updates pretty regularly.
- You get a ton for a low price. - The macro calculator helps when you're updating a large number of client plans. - The new class/event booking feature is very helpful. - They are very open to feedback and suggestions - Always updating
- App is not as user friendly as it could be - Client Help videos are only available through a web browser and not through the app - Some features, for example: updating height, are only available through the web browser - App doesn't have all the features that the web browser does.

Easy to learn! This platform and the tools available, allows me to reach out and help more people with challenges they may be having with their health!
All the options! The various programs and plans available. All the integrations! I didn't have to choose what I could do with or without! This had it all and more and at a cost I can afford!!!
Some of the plans I am having to delete and start from the very begging. Sometimes a bit time consuming but that may be an error on my part? Overall, no complaints!

For the cost, this is an exceptional piece of software, much better than competitors which cost much much more. It's a superb all-round, one-tool-fits-all for PT's and gym facilities.
Wide range of features, super easy to use, great customer service, intuitive for clients to use, includes chat, nutrition, workout design, a library of exercise videos, a programme creator, class booking, payments, analytics, and pre-made programmes you can download. It also comes with loads of discounts and deals for related companies.
For some of my clients, they have struggled to find the descriptions, details and notes that go along with their programme. Also, I would love to be able to switch to client view, to see MyPTHub as my clients see it.

I've taken my entire fitness business online. My PT Hub is easy to use and my clients like it plus the price is great!
For the price, you can't go wrong. There are plenty of features for clients and it's pretty easy to use. I've been using PT Hub for a few years now and it's come a long way. It's pretty simple to use, upload your exercises (or use the exercise database), create the workout and assign it to your clients - Pretty easy. I recommend My PT Hub to anyone, especially if you're just starting out in the online personal training business.
None really...although it'd be nice to have a chat feature so I can talk with a rep sooner rather than later. My decisions are time sensitive using a chat instead of email would be nice. Don't get me wrong- the email support is great and the reps usually get back to me pretty quick. Other than that, the software is great!
We do have a live chat option on our website as well as email, which you can get an instant response 9-6 GMT Monday to Friday.

All in all it was a pleasant experience, except for the above mentioned comment in cons.
The platform is easy to use, and has a lot of good bells and whistles built in to allow working with your clients. The Price USED to Be Amazing for what you got.
Ultimately I will be leaving MY PT Hub in the next few months due to drastic price increasing. I was grandfathered in as I was an earlier adopter, but they have decided to deprecate that plan altogether, leaving me no choice but to upgrade (to stuff I don't need) or leave. I'll leave. As an owner I absolutely understand price increases, however I disagree with the way they implemented it in this case. That aside to be fair all in all it's a good platform. If I were staying with them I would say CONS are that the exercise template library hasn't really grown much over the years (though I program my own..so no biggie) and the nutritional library templated are absolutely lacking. If Nutrition templates are something you are after I definitely would not go with them in that case.

Absolutely love this product and the pricing model. We are switching from trainerize, and this is much more manageable and easier to work with. Even with a smaller number of clients, we value what PT Hub brings at a little more expense for us.
The ease of use when setting up new meal plans and workouts is great. All of the database items and the workout routines already in the system are phenomenal. We also love the fact that you can setup custom calorie and set macro's based off of that.
It would be nice to have the option to upload meal and workout plans via pdf, although not a requirement by any means.
You can upload meals and workout plans via PDF if you want to, this can all be done via the 'Files area'. It is great to hear it is simple for you to use, we have some amazing new stuff coming very soon which we're very excited about, so we will be sure to keep you updated as and when these are ready!

My PT Hub offers a platform for me to train my clients online in a scalable manner. It provides a solution for time management and consistency where both client and trainer are not available to meet at set time on any given day. My clients and I have more flexibility and I am able to easily hold them accountable.
The ability to schedule clients workout sessions and bot physically be there yet having the awareness of when they start each day to keep on track. I love the chat feature in the app to keep them engaged and motivated. Also love the outline of data of their progress
I did not like that the platform did not have the payment feature available in my country. I also did not like that given that I would be disadvantaged I would still be expected to pay full price. The software is not very fluid on the phone.

Predatory subscription policies with unusually Draconian terms buried in documents inaccessible from your account. False advertising. Hard to do business with someone like this - definitely look elsewhere.
This one's hard; it's a bit redundant given all the free or next-to-free activity tracking and appointment booking software out there. It does bundle some decent services together, but a bit clunkily.
The subscription service is a predatory model. Despite advertising that you can "cancel anytime" the following policies are buried within the terms of service and subscription fine print: - There are no refunds. - You must provide 30 days' written notice to cancel an annual subscription - There are no subscription renewal notices emailed to subscribers There is no way to access terms of use or the subscription policy from within your account OR in the knowledge base. You must visit them by going to "pricing" for new customers (even if you're an existing customer), and then "legal." There is no way to cancel your subscription from within your account - you have to write to customer service.
Hey Jessica, I can see that you have spoken to our customer support team. All My PT Hub services automatically renew at the standard rate using the same payment method, if you wish to cancel this then we do require 30 days written notice to cancel the agreement (you can check this out once again through our subscription services agreement). When your subscription was purchased this was agreed too and trainers have access to this prior and during your subscription.
