A commission system that can understand the structure of the accounting system data and seamlessly bring in the appropriate data necessary for calculating commissions can be a huge benefit in reducing the inherent complexity in that process. QCommission allows the compensation administrator to establish payees, products, customers, plans, incentives, quotas, payment frequency, etc in the system. It allows the establishment of crediting and calculation rules for various incentives. It helps to enter or import performance transactions into the system and calculate incentives as frequently as necessary. Adjustments to the transactions can be made and processed in the system. QCommission complies with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
